We hosted jaggo for my sister. We had the best time! Truly enjoyed partying without any worries of overlooking the staff. Management team is one of the best as they take all the responsibility off your shoulders, allowing you to be present and enjoy the precious moments with your loved ones. The staff is absolutely amazing, very responsive to requests and extremely productive at solving any issues that arose. The whole team understands the importance of such events as they are a one time thing and any small issue can take away from the joy of the occasion. The team is one of the best I have seen.
For all the punjabi friends and family who are looking for a venue for jaggo this is ideal one. The outside space with the tent where the gazebo is the perfect spot to start the jaggo and dance your way into the venue. Everyone is already outside for the cocktail hour so once it is done it is easy to gather everyone and bring them in. Logistical setting works out seamlessly. The inside ambience is breathing taking with large windows showcasing the calm open water front.
Food - When every guest comes upto you to pay their compliments about the food then you know you have run a successful event. Iâm not exaggerating when I say that the guests thoruogly enjoyed the vast variety of dishes provided by the team and expressed it repeatedly even after the event was over.
Lastly, we had an amazing time working with Vishal and I am glad to say that I have made a good friend.
Best of luck to the team! May you guys prosper and grow and continue to please all yours guests the way you guys did with...

Read moreAwful place, don't go here. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We had a retirement party there in August. We work near by so this would have been an ideal place to host parties, but after our experience with them, we'll never go back. Convenience doesn't out weigh quality and standards.
First, BE AWARE - you do not get all the food they say. Even though you pay for and sign a contract for a certain menu, you don't get all the items listed. Also, the "sundae bar" is two tubs of ice cream on ice; no sprinkles, no toppings, nothing; again, even though they said there would be. Second, the food is sub-par. Some of the "hot" food was cold, the "beef medallions" are just sloppy chunks of beef with no knives to cut, you can get a better antipasti platter from an Italian deli, the chicken marsala was oily, and the ice cream was grainy. Third, the dinner came out late, and the staff were still setting the room up AFTER the party began. Fourth, there are only 1 women's & 1 men's bathrooms for the entire place. So if you have a party on the second floor you must go down stairs and through the other party room to get to the bathrooms. Good luck if there are two parties going on at once. Fifth, the 18% gratuities included in the price don't go to the staff working your party, you must tip them separate.
After our party I e-mailed them asking why we didn't get all the food items, would the money we paid for those items be refunded, and where the 18% gratuity went. They haven't replied back. This...
