Lots of upgrades happening on this campus in the last year, academically and architecturally. The path to the Wells Ave. YMCA is complete and you can now pay individually for each wash and dry (in the laundry room) through the new app rather than adding a minimum fixed amount to your Ucard and paying that way. It is obvious they are trying to become more cohesive with the main campus, by bringing in a giant UMass Amherst chair to match the one in Amherst and adding more variety to the Late Night "sides" menu. As for transportation between the two campuses, if you rely on the shuttle, it is often late since contracting out the service and instead of switching at the Chan medical center in Worcester they now make the switch at some out of the way park and ride in Auburn, which has an abandoned bus stop and construction equipment laying around 🤷🏼‍♀️. I also wish they would add more return shuttles or at least move it to 5 or 6pm as I have had to drop classes and delay my graduation because of scheduling issues (there is no place not even the DuBois library that is open 24 hours where one can stay and study overnight if they need to).

Really upset with the way they have handled my granddaughters housing. She was assigned to Shaw Hall then after getting settled she was forced to move to Wingate due to construction. She was told to be out several days before movers would be there to help. Down two flights of stairs and up three at Wingate. Still construction noise and vibrations at Wingate and no hot water for a few days and now no heat. Seems to be a lack of organization and concern for the students. Sure that many are away from home for the first time and these problems are making the adjustment difficult and I'm sure not helping with their studies. Seems that for $12,000/yr room and board the service could be...

School is a scam. It isn't accredited, so I'm still paying off my full loans for nothing. And they're trying to get an additional 1,000 from me and apparently, "They don't know why money was refunded." If they don't know, I won't be paying. Especially if your tuition is 18,250, but your charges are 21,500. Get out of here with that. And the English and Orientation classes I took were a joke. The former being a book club- which I can join for free at my local library, and the latter which had a push over professor. There's lots of things wrong with...
