My dad sent me some Wagyu steaks from Eleven Oaks Farm for Father's Day during the heat wave two weeks ago. I live in Georgia and the steaks arrived thawed at room temperature. Eleven Oaks quickly remedied the situation and overnighted steaks with added lobster tails at no extra charge! The steaks arrived at a safe temperature and were very tasty, juicy, and tender (I cook mine blue rare). They were close to Japanese A5 Wagyu which I have had in the past at a fraction of the price! Very impressed with the quality of customer service, it's hard to find businesses with this kind of customer service these days! I am coming home to PA at the end of the month and we'll likely get some additional steaks for a cookout! I'll be a future customer for sure and I highly recommend this business!...
