We had a party here, not realizing that it moved and changed. We got lost, and a bunch of people went to the wrong side because even though Google Maps updated the address, it still directs you to the old address. There are fewer inflatables, it’s more expensive, the kids were disappointed at not being able to use all the other “stuff” but it would have been considerably more expensive to pay to include the trampolines and climbing. There was also zero hand soap anywhere, which is completely unacceptable in this day and age, with COVID still circulating and norovirus currently going crazy and also not being killed by hand sanitizer. I can not accept that the person making our food has unwashed hands, inevitably. Not cool. Also, they are severely understaffed. The staff was clearly working hard and unable to keep up with the number of people needing assistance being checked in. Lastly, the floors and things are kind of dirty. A lot of the floor and carpet has chewed gum stuck to it.

This place is very fun. The staff are easy to interact with, and the equipment is clean. The children had a lot of fun. There were plenty of places to sit. The prices are reasonable; $12 for children $6 for toddlers. Parents are able to get on the equipment with their little ones and enjoy themselves. Definitely worth the trip and worth the money. Their only con is they don't have any hot food to order; only snacks for sale. But, there are good restaurants nearby. I recommend Wildwood Tavern: awesome staff and delicious food.

Kids had fun but I wish they would take better care of the place it’s dirty and had a smell of wet feet, very dusty around trampolines and inflatable‘s even saw dry blood on one of the inflatable‘s it’s a shame it’s a nice place before nap time they just need to get on top of cleaning I hope they read this review and do a better job! Other then that I have no complaints I even had my sons birthday party here before this visit and it wasn’t this bad!

Love this place my son too I will give a 5 star but we had incident. So we went a Tuesday day don’t remember the time. We weren’t inform that is was disability-kids day. So my son was jumping in trampoline while a bunch of other kids where there. Mind you I see a kids I don’t see special needs all for me that are kids having fun. I only saw one adult white male by himself didn’t informed us “careful the kids might be aggressive”. While my son was jumping I wasn’t there I went to bathroom but my husband stay behind to keep an eye on him. Once I got out my husband comes back my son on his arms crying so hysterical, that i ran to him thinking he might of hurt himself. I ask what happened he tolled me one of the kid there kid maybe 12 or younger my son was 4 that time that my son was just jumping the kids looked like they was playing. The kid picked up my son and dose him across the jump zone. Once he tolled the man didn’t even say nothing he look slow also I went to the desk and tolled them the situation the girl was so polite like I say isn’t her fault but the man that brought the special needs kids maybe around 12 kids. The young lady help us she gave us the money back and a free day to come back. Like I tolled her the man is lucky nothing happen to my son cause I would of gone off on the kid or the man. Other words jumpzone love you but inform the desk if that day it’s like a days for special or an event to inform the clients. This could have gone super bad if I knew those kids are aggressive I won’t...

Do not go here! I spent $100 for 3 kids to have access to both sides yesterday. $100 for 1.5 hours. (I should have done the 1 hour, because no one is checking/monitoring time). The place is so gross! Garbage cans were OVERFLOWING! Tables were dirty, the bathroom was dirty! The trampoline and inflatable area- dirty!

For the first hour and 15 minutes, no staff monitoring any area, other than the middle rock climbing area that is also separate. All of a sudden, my kids tell me they are getting yelled at about not having proper socks on for the trampolines. I specifically asked about this when arriving! They said no, normal socks are fine. (I had the special grip socks in the car if needed.) They go back to play, now the kids come back again, crying, that they were yelled at about the socks again. So I went to speak to the 2nd employee to find out the issue. He was very rude. I explained I verified this and for the last hour and twenty minutes, not a word about it. I went back to the front desk to speak with a manager. The employees at the front desk said ohhhhhhhh, you have access to both sides? The grip socks are needed for the one side and not the other. Welllll ohhhhh, your employees need to be better informed and communicate better to the process. This is not my issue. I didn’t appreciate spending $100 for crying kids, when this was an employee issue. DO NOT GO HERE. This place has gone...

The entire place was really fun. We took our son for his 3 year old Birthday minus the private party as that price to host is outrageous.

He and his cousins had a blast. The worker’s there were nice and friendly.

All though until we got famished and decided to get something to eat and drink. What was suppose to be about 10 minutes ended up to be no joke an hour! Which we only ordered fried and “ one “ hot dog.

And a family member order the same order along with one pizza.

Same timeframe.

Chris: (Young Man) Took our order; not realizing while waiting now 20 mins that he didn’t tell his co-workers about our order. So as we watch other people receive there food we became concerned that we’ve been skipped…Skipped and Forgotten we were.

While we brought this information to

Isabella and O’shawn:

They were unsure and unaware of what we’ve order

Not what we wanted to hear! As we have hungry children that burned off some energy.

Chris: Came back as he left for a break.

All while Isabella and O’shawn Were working really hard getting pizza orders out to parties all while working hard to attend to the customers waiting for there food.

So for the most part it was great. Just heads up…so, if you’re going to order food make sure to be on the look out. Because they’re...
