We went for mothers day 2019 and liked a lot of things but others, not so much. First I'll tell you the best parts. There is room for growth.
The green grass space is great to fly a kite. The little river is awesome, it has tadpoles. There are 4 shaded areas with tables. The history on the boards are wonderful. There is empty space for a kids playground.
All the parking spots were all taken by the employees of the Caesars Entertainment Laundry services. The pond section of the park is on lock down. It's missing swings, slide & monkey bars. The fence needs to be repaired to keep homeless out. Two table areas don't have grills. The weeds need to be pulled now.

Read moreClean, quiet, peaceful little park. No playground facilities, but there are a couple of picnic areas with grills. Glad to see this area restored and turned into such a nice little park. The signage throughout the park is very informative and the amount of history this little patch of land holds is mind blowing. If you’re looking for a nice place to take early morning outdoor walks this is it. Unfortunately no pets are allowed so leave the pups at home. When you’re going by, you cannot see what it is except for one spot on the road where you realize that there is a pond. I finally decided to stop and realized that this place is absolutely beautiful.
