Aguapanela — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Aguapanela is hands down one of the best Venezuelan restaurants I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the inviting ambiance and beautifully curated decor. The space feels warm, vibrant, and authentic—like being transported to a cozy spot in Caracas. Every detail was thoughtful, from the lighting to the artistic touches throughout the restaurant.

The food was phenomenal. I ordered the cachapas asada, which came with perfectly grilled corn cakes and tender steak. The flavors were rich, comforting, and clearly made with care. While I thoroughly enjoyed it, I’ll probably go with the shredded beef version next time for easier bites. Still, the quality was exceptional. Every dish I saw go by looked mouthwatering, and the aroma in the restaurant was heavenly.

The service stood out as one of the highlights of my visit. Every staff member I interacted with was not just polite but genuinely kind and attentive. You could tell they were proud of the food they served and grateful for each guest. That kind of appreciation adds a personal touch that’s rare to find.

Also worth mentioning: the restaurant was impeccably clean, including the all-gender bathrooms, which were modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s so refreshing to see an inclusive and clean space that welcomes everyone.

I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be bringing friends. Aguapanela is more than a meal. It’s an experience that leaves you full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

Aguapanela es, sin duda, uno de los mejores restaurantes venezolanos que he tenido el placer de visitar. Desde el momento en que entré, me encantó el ambiente acogedor y la decoración bellamente cuidada. Cada rincón está pensado con detalle: luces cálidas, colores vibrantes y toques artísticos que te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en una encantadora esquina de Caracas.

La comida fue espectacular. Pedí las cachapas asadas con bistec, y estaban deliciosas: suaves por dentro, crujientes por fuera, y con una carne sabrosa y bien cocida. Aunque fue una experiencia muy rica, la próxima vez probaré la versión con carne desmechada, ya que los trozos de bistec eran un poco grandes para comer cómodamente. Aun así, el sabor y la calidad fueron excepcionales.

El servicio fue otro punto alto de mi visita. Todo el personal fue no solo amable, sino realmente atento y agradecido. Se nota que aman lo que hacen y valoran a cada cliente. Esa energía positiva se siente en todo momento.

Y no puedo dejar de mencionar lo limpio que estaba todo, especialmente los baños sin distinción de género. Eran modernos, bien mantenidos y muy inclusivos. Es maravilloso ver espacios que se preocupan por todos los detalles y por hacer sentir bienvenidos a todos.

Sin duda volveré pronto, y esta vez con más amigos. Aguapanela no es solo un restaurante, es una experiencia que llena el estómago...

An absolutely hidden gem, with food coming straight from the homeland. Everything is made fresh! Ingredients imported from Venezuela & great customer service! Ordered everything on the menu & I am not disappointed whatsoever! Great experience overall. Considering everything, the prices are great! You won't get a home-cooked meal like this anymore, anywhere.
