this is an easy, beautiful hike at Rocky River Reservation. If you want more of a challenge you can take the fort hill stairs and hike the entire upper loop. I usually do that one without my kids. You can make it as easy or as hard as you like! #clevelandmetroparks #rockyriver #ohiohiking
Beautiful paths to explore nature! The walking trails are all very well kept and signs are easy to locate. They have many different paths to choose from and each one holds itโs own adventure. Great place to bring the kids, paths are plenty wide and flat enough to easily push strollers on. Many trash and recycling receptacles are located along the paths so please do be kind and use them. They have a portable potty at the main entrance. The nature center itself is closed right now due to the pandemic, but still many outdoor areas to see. Great place to get out and exercise too, the steps are a cardio workout all by themselves and we saw many people running, biking, and walking their leashed dogs. Plenty of parking available and many of the paths are paved and handicap accessible ๐ but not all are due to steps and unpaved areas off the main paths.

One of my favorite places to go! Lots to learn and lots to see. There are many trails to walk and a future upcoming project, they are adding a special bridge to the area. I love how easy it is to learn about all the different plants and trees that are in the parks. You can find custom display cards telling you what kind of plant or tree that is there, it also tells you how they are important. Very clean place to be and I myself have never seen anything out of place or anything dangerous. There is a lot to do with your children and if you like to run and exercise, this is your place to be. Go make a memory today, go out and play.

Always a fun place to visit. Nature has plenty of displays with information detailing the local plant and animal life. Big tree house for the kids to play inside. Wonderful views on the decks over looking the Rocky River. They also have a store and library on site. They put on plenty of activities throughout the year for Adults and kids alike. Surrounded by trails it has a bit everything from the weekend walker to those looking to work up a sweat. Always check back to see what new and interesting events they have going on.

This Center is almost like a mini adventure in this beautiful park! I recommend a lot to bring your family, especially your younger one's to this place! They have play areas where they can learn by reading, playing with puzzles, and interact with each other. Their's an area where you can relax and enjoy a view inside or outside without having to supervise them to much as staff are nearby.
Also there's a little area to see live animals such as turtles and frogs, a fun little spot in this awesome park!
