Please indulge me as I attempt to verbally applaud the pleasure we had in attending the North Port Symphony, "America the Beautiful" concert yesterday. We made the trek from the Tampa area in support of a family member who was playing with them and were pleasantly surprised by the entertaining and enjoyable experience that will definitely bring us back for more! The passionate and talented orchestra members do a stellar job of putting the music score into a crowd pleasing event, under the expert conducting of the remarkable Robert Romanski. He was enlightening with a touch of clever humor as he guided the expectant audience through the well chosen variety of "made in the U.S." music. Speaking of audience, their support, enthusiasm and friendliness made for a great vibe from start to finish. Every facet of a compelling concert was in play here.
