Murphy Wallbeds Chicago — Attraction in Northfield Township

This company is awesome & their beds are beautifully made. We had bought one of their murphy beds second hand from someone in the city. Murphy Wallbeds Chicago offered to come into the city and dismantle the entire bed for us for $200. We moved the boards in the middle of a really bad thunderstorm and one of the main boards became severely damage in the move to the point that is was no longer functional. After a few emotional breakdowns, I called Aimee to see if there was anything they could do to find a replacement piece. They worked to find an outsourced matching piece of walnut (which they no longer carry) and offered to reinstall the hardware on to this new piece of wood for an extremely reasonable price. This was one of the most pleasant purchases, deliveries, and installations, I have ever experienced. Everyone I dealt with from the sales floor, to the office staff and installers was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They came out to look at the space, measure, advise, and do a sketch of what our bed would look like. Ordering and payment were easy, and they were in touch to make sure everything was okay and delivery was scheduled. The installers were on time, and very skilled and friendly. My husband and I have been researching murphy beds for some time now. We were fortunate to come across Murphy Wallbeds Chicago. From our initial contact, Murphy Wallbeds Chicago have been excellent. Aimee has been great at communicating the prices and installation dates. Eric was awesome during our free in home consultation. He just installed our murphy bed yesterday with Ray, and they did such a great job. Our murphy bed looks awesome. John has been great with communicating prices (which are very fair btw). We are considering getting a 2nd wall bed from them....
