Not understanding why it is so hard to find an good Boss Equipment Dealer. Had major issues with first dealer that installed the plow which is still messed up and had issues with an brand new boss salt box cracking which Boss referred me to Gary which at the time took care if everything and did it right and wow I thought I found our Boss Dealer but after today I am very disappointed. I drop my plow off two weeks ago for an warranty repair for an simple hydraulic arm to be replace and was told one week. I called and it was not looked at and would be done Saturday. That came and went and still no plow and it’s going to snow on Thursday causing me to loose customers and money. While taking to Beth she was not understanding at all and even hung up the phone and was unwilling to deal with the issue. I ask for Gary to call me and still waiting. I am also sending an email to Boss as this should not take this long for warranty work. I bought the plow and it was installed quickly but warranty must not be important. I can’t afford to not be ready for my customers and this is not a good way tk do business. Very unhappy!
UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE!!!! Owner will not honer warranty of equipment he sells Ann will leave your equipment outside and tell you to come and get it after sitting there for two weeks because you called and complain about it not being fixed. Read moreLast season we dropped off our zero turn and it took the entire season to repair. I picked it up and drove onto my trailer, then I drove off the trailer and it died in my garage. Won't run again this year, called they said they'd pick up for 2 days, never did. Told me they had people quit and no shows. I was told they would call to come pick it up, no call, and left when I was 5 min away. When I called on the 3rd day to find out what was going on I got a "I'll call you back and let you know", Finally, called me back and said we would prefer you went somewhere else. I replied they didn't fix my problem and now to not make it right you want me to go somewhere else...? I recommended a good friend to go there. He purchased a zero. They told him they would run through service. 3 weeks later he hasn't received his mower. Management, tracking, repairs, its a complete mess. They need an operations manager immediately to get this place under control. Last year they lost track of my mower, lost track of the part to be repaired, and had to call back every time to see where it was at in repair. Read moreI had a great experience. I worked with Gary on buying a brand new cub cadet zero turn. He gave me the best price on that and a weed eater that I could find anywhere. I'm so pleased with the service. Gary was extremely knowledgeable with his inventory and was able to answer any question I had. After all that, they delivered my new mower the day I bought it, within the hour. When the driver arrived, he went over everything with me on the operations of the mower. I am blown away by the service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh and I can't forget Beth. Also very friendly and eager to help with anything. I will definitely return for future business.
