Called about a gas edger they had, they called me back, left a message about the product and questions I asked which was great, I called them back and told them I was on my way to pick it up ( keep in mind they had my name & number already) upon arrival (20 min. Later) I walked in to get it and the man said it just walked out the door.... I reminded him I just got off of the phone with you (laura) and told you I was coming to get it. He replied by saying he thought it was me in a cocky attitude. remember he had my name and number!!! What a Jerk!!! This guy is a real piece of work!! ( I really want to say more harsh comments but won’t) I would stay away!!! There are plenty more of these...

Don’t waste your time. Went in at 4:50 when they supposedly close at 5:00 to sell a pair of unopened Bose headphones. The guy started mumbling something about “we’re not supposed to buy items in the 2nd quarter” (no idea what that means) and then became frustrated that the box was factory sealed and told me to come back tomorrow. You’d think they’d be happy to get a factory sealed item worth $330, but apparently they only want junk, and only if you come in before 4:50 before the “2nd quarter”, again...

Lots of tools - cool. While looking at “nice” push-mower, was allowed to start it up - cool. I happened to look underneath it & discovered it had no blade. I told the owner, and he just made an excuse of ignorance on his part, and then proceeded to ignore me, his customer. Buyers beware! . . . and No, they did not spend 15 minutes with me as a customer. I might have been in the store 20...
