Dishonest and lack integrity. Got in line at 5:30AM for the 4/20 special. Not one person was in line. I got there and sat down for 30 minutes before some people woke up from their cars and claimed they had been there first. I said anyone could say that, no one was here when I got here. At that point another couple had pulled up and heard us talking about it. The people who came from their cars told the couple they might as well leave because they were friends with the staff and they were going to give it to them anyways. Which is exactly what happened. The staff got there and dapped up the people who came from their cars and were buddy buddy with them. They told everyone in line they were going to give 1st place prizes to the first med and rec customers. So the first rec customer gets up and calls over her friend, the manager, the big tall guy, tells him she forgot her ID. He tells her don’t worry about it she still won the first place prize. Their promotion literally says the first “purchases”. The entire promotion was a scam for them employees to give their friends the prizes. I have never seen such a blatant scam in My life before. This place has never been the beacon for good business practices and customer service but I’ve never seen a business openly cheat its customers like this before. They said they would watch the cameras.The owner of the business should post the video to prove what I’m saying is wrong if they feel that’s not what happened. There were 15 people in the lobby hear the manager give the first rec prize to the woman who left to get her ID, she never even made a purchase. Read moreStopped this morning to get some stuff, had been in before and liked the store. Just moved into the area. The rec parking (Dirt Lot) had tons of cars , the massive amount of signs also makes everything SUPER confusing, so I drove past, saw the med spaces and went beyond where there was no cars. Parked next to a car out of the way, on the other side of the trash can. The security person outside looks up from WHATEVER he was reading and shouts for me not to park where I did and directs me to the medical parking space when I start to get out he then asks wether I was Med, I said no Rec...he then lectures me about how its okay there this time, walking away. I said not to worry, I was just gonna leave as I found his behavior kinda rude and uncaring....as I was pulling away I told him the store had just fully lost my business...he looks up from his book while I began to drive and said "Okay". To the owner of this store...Is this what you want, poor behavior from the people at your door? I have worked in Customer service and customer care my entire life.....Bad behavior is bad business....your "Guy" needs to look up from his book and take your business into his interests......I have been shopping at Star Buds now for a while....they are aways nice caring and full of conversation. I guess I will go out of my way and continue to shop there....there is a Green Solution close by too...I can even give them a try, but as I have found, a lot of these stores seem to not understand the customer retail relationship.....Green Solution included. Read moreUp until this moment I would have give 5 stars, but now, I will never buy here again. My family and I (three of us) frequent Doc's Northglenn almost daily, spending over $200 a WEEK. So much so all budtenders know our name and relations. When the point rewards system changed we have asked several employees how it worked and have been told repeatedly IDK. So when my other (late 60s) tried to redeem 300 points, he was told no, because his phone did not have access to goggle chrome. After becoming upset because the tender can tell him how many points he has but telling him he can't redeem them they told him they would give him 5 off..... THEY DIDNT. And when my sister called the shop to figure the situation out, they told her they decided to not give the 5 bucks off because my father "had an attitude" and if he wanted his points she would have to forgo her points so he could use her phone.
