What a neat museum. Loads of Ohio and local artifacts as well as a huge collection of vintage firearms. The gentleman who welcomed us was very knowledgeable and super nice. This is a beautiful museum in a very nice town. What a nice and friendly place to visit (it was hard to come back to the 'big city' - everyone was so nice). Mary at the Historical center was just great...

Can't say enough about this place! What an incredible museum clock full of everything and anything you'd want to know about the "Firelands" area! Ask for a docent, because you'll miss too much if you don't. Mostly handicap accessible and you'll need about 2 hours for two buildings. Well...
