I had called several jewelry stores to find out who did appraisals and who was GIA certified. The diamond connection was the only one that had a GIA certified appraiser on staff. I dropped my ring off and the next day they had my appraisal ready for me. Their pricing was right in line everybody else. I felt there was a better value because they were GIA certified, and nobody else was. Horrible experience I went in to get a watch battery changed and the older man working had scratched the back of my watch and ruined the engraving. He then put it in a bag and set it on the counter without saying a word to me, I only noticed it in the store because I took the watch out of the bag to see if it was now working. When I noticed the damage and asked the worker if he scratched it he said he did. When I asked him if he was hoping I wouldn’t notice until I got home he had nothing to say, and I was still charged for the new battery in the now...

Horrible! The girl behind the counter is extremely rude. As soon as you walk in, she acts like you are an inconvenience to her. Because she has to put her cell phone down and talk to you. I would rather drive to Cleveland and find a jeweler than go to this...
