I found this place by accident a few years ago after visiting Ideal Skate Shop, and it's been one of my favorite places to shop for games and movies ever since. There's always a great selection and if they don't have what you're looking for, they do maintain a wait list system which is a huge convenience. Prices are generally very good, especially in terms of retro games - I've found some games here that I hadn't been able to find at large conventions and specialty retro gaming shops, sometimes game x change has better prices than can be found on eBay. Most importantly the staff here are great. Was standing at the counter because I wanted to buy a game console for 20 minutes while an employee took in a trade in, no one said anything to me, someone else came in while I was waiting for service right as the employee was finishing the trade in, asked the people who just came in if they had a trade in, and started taking care of them instead of helping someone who was willing to SPEND money. Absolutely unreal. What? You think I'm just standing at the counter for 20 minutes just for the fun of it? Clearly not, otherwise I should've been asked to leave for loitering. Read moreI’m not gonna lie I usually have good business with these guys but this time around I was not satisfied at all. I bought a PlayStation 3 from them and they didn’t give me the correct cord nor was the console itself working. I went to go attempt to trade it in today and I couldn’t obviously because it’s not working I’m willing to hold myself accountable if I did any damage to the system but I haven’t used it since the time of the purchase nor did I have the correct cords I have to admit I was extremely dissatisfied.
