The food was good and stayed warm for a very long time. Mac and cheese to die for. Their new sandwich is delicious. The strawberry biscuits they have as a summer deal aren't worth the price, though.
This is where the positives end. The drive thru is strange and not even set up on the same side as their parking lot. To get to it you have to go back out to the street and use a completely different entrance???
We decided to go inside instead and discovered their handicap ramp lead to a door that was locked. I am not a wheelchair user but I have bad knees and ramps are easier than steps or hills. That entire area including the bathrooms was closed off for no reason. The one poor woman working the counter was frazzled and handling far too much at once, resulting in a long wait. We didn't get what we ordered and had to show the receipt to prove we were charged for the more expensive items as she argued with us about it. This was after a long drive home and back (nearly 40 minutes round trip) and by then my chicken tenders were still warm but kind of soggy. She wouldn't even hear us about that but I wasn't expecting her to. My wife ended up with fresh food and my own meal was just kind of EH at that point but still had good flavors.
I'd say come here because you love the taste and the price is right, just be aware the servers are overworked and overwhelmed and check your bag...
Read moreDO NOT COME HERE! Female manager was repremanding associates where customers could see. Telling them that they can't sell things that were not prepared. I witnessed someone order wings, and then the manager tell them, " there are no wings made and we are not going to make them just for her." She was rude, and honestly this was my second time ordering online and it isn't worth the trouble. All you do is order and then get told they don't have things. Then they can't even refund you because the app has no way to refund you for items they don't have. I also asked for the corporate number and my requests were ignored. They started coming at me saying they didn't have what I ordered and they couldn't cancel it in the app and I had to. But I showed them there was no way to. Once they realized they couldn't cancel it, surprise surprise, they did have it, I just had to wait 8 minutes. That's fine, no problem. The problem was the managers didn't want to deal with having to make more food that the people asked for!!! Don't lie and say you don't have it because you didn't want to have to make it! I would give the managers name to but no one has name tags on so... Yeah. Worst customer service ever. Yes, they gave me a bigger size than I ordered, but the aggravation they have me and how they tried to put the blame AND responsibility of the refund on me is...
Read moreFor this review, I'm not going to hold the franchise accountable for the website not having half the things on the menu and making me sign up for an account to order anything, and the fact that a couple of things I ordered weren't available. I get it, the website is hosed, the supply chain is hosed, you have no control over that. But please answer this:
If someone orders online and sits for 15+ minutes at the drive-through waiting to pick it up, and you don't have some of the drinks/sauces available, would you:
A: Get the rest of the order that you do have ready and ask customer about the missing items through the drive-thru speaker, B: Have the customer wait in the curbside spot and go talk to them about it, or C: Tell the customer they have to go inside and pick it up at the counter when it's pouring outside without saying why, not having someone around to unlock the door when you know someone is coming in, wander off for about 5 more minutes to deal with another problem , and ONLY THEN you start filling the order??
You guys apparently thought C was the correct approach to this situation, which is why I won't be coming back. Also saw an employee (fortunately not the one filling out the order) with his mask on his chin.
