place opens at 9 I had a scheduled appmnt for 930 when i got there place was empty I was i the first patient & i had an apmnt right when check in i was over a video visit because of only 1 provider and short staff i choose what i was coming in an appointment visit with a provider at 9:30AM well guess what i got out at almost noon ,they keep taking walk in first . Like i dont get it they ask for for you to make an appointment and when you get there with an appointment walk in get seen first?? I was told they had emergencies i said me too that's why im here ,,.and i have an appointment same excuse was mentioned we only have 1 provider ,And i have a 930 appointment look at the video im sharing on this review when I got there by 10:30 an hour late got packed I people was getting called in it was until i got up and walk up to the desk and ask why they haven't call my daughter? Answer I received of why they were getting seen before my daughter was they have emergencies lol šŸ˜… .yeap .. I over heard them talking with a walk in person they need a doctors note for work and they take that person right in.. Like really ? I was trying this urgent care again,like i have go there in the past same experience but his time was my last .. Im so done...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE CLINIC GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM ,THE WAITING IS THE SAME..**i rated 1 star because I didn't have the option to rated less

The provider was very pleasant but a young PA. Consequently my Steri-Strips were not put on properly. I had to go to the doctors next day so not very happy with my experience the MA that did my vitals was an absolute doll. I was very happy with her think a lot more practice has to be done and better supplies on hand For cleaning out skin, tears, and applying the desirable strip width for an adult. I feel as though wrapping it around, my finger was not the appropriate application. As I’ve had this done many times, I’m going to add a photo of the wound wrapped. I am just praying that it heals properly and I don’t lose the skin flap. I had to go to my regular PA today and she wrapped it for me. She was hesitant to remove anything as she didn’t want the skin to tear more so we left it and she bandaged it keeping my fingers crossed

This specific clinic is AWESOME! Never taken longer than 1.5 hours from start to finish. The Drs rotate and are very kind and patient. My daughter also gets seen when her Drs doesn't have anything available and they have been great to her! Def recommend! Front desk ladies are very friendly, as well as a clean environment ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

This specific clinic is AWESOME! Never taken longer than 1.5 hours from start to finish. The Drs rotate and are very kind and patient. My daughter also gets seen when her Drs doesn't have anything available and they have been great to her! Def recommend! Front desk ladies are very friendly, as well as a clean environment ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

---000 stars for your unprofessionalism+ nasty attitude whoever was working Sunday afternoon. I had no problem waiting 30 mins to be called. You had no patients. I was told i was next up. 2 mins after i asked. Next lady goes n calls someone that had a later appt then me + came in after me. I understand u have 1 provider, people are busy. Takes 30-45 mins to clean room after patient leaves okay fine. But to tell a patient thats having chest pains n lung pain, arm pain You're next. Just doesn't make Sense. I didn't appreciate you slamming the door infront of a kid at that and yelling. All cuz i asked a question. I wasn't rude but should of been. Wasn't even speakings to her. N she wants to yell n slam doors. I hope you lose your job. You dont deserve it.....Not sure of her name but she needs to lose her job. I will be calling the office tomorrow + also the state + reporting how you treat patients. Slowest sunday, i make appt. Nobody was in waiting area, 1 lady in back she left at 240pm. I waited until 3:20 & asked is there anyone in front of me. She said no, room needs to be cleaned i said okay. Next thing i know the other receptionist or lady sitting on far left gets up calls a family in that had a 3pm appt. I went back to desk n asked original lady who checked me in, i said i thought i was next. The lady who brought the child + his mother inside. Yells at me + slammed the door while i was talking to lady at desk. I was like whoaaa. Okay n walked out. Ive been there on days where the waiting room is full. I was seen in a timely manner or told they weren't taking walk-ins, make appt. But that lady needs her job taken. I can understand if i had attitude or was rude go ahead n slam door n yell in front of kids n 1 other patient that had a 3pm appt when mine was next. I was just told i was next. N u call wrong person. Should say mam yes we are busy you will be called soon. Instead she wanted to yell + slam doors. I will make sure you lose your job + never work with people again. For some1 coming in with severe chest pains n lung pain. Shortness of breath i sit there for 45 mins with nobody ahead of me. N this happens.. you lost 2 patient's. Enjoy your nasty attitude. If you have an attitude maybe you shouldn't work around others. Lisa or other receptionist. (Not sure what her name was)not lady who checked me in other one.Check ur attitude!Your boss should of never hired your disgusting mean self. Find god please. Guess my regular Doctor was right with saying this office is no good. Now i know not to ever go there again. All to unnecessary attitudes. Next time dont tell a patient they have a 245 and u take someone who walks in after me which Also has a appt later then mine. N then tell me we have 1 provider. So take a seat n wait your next. Just to take wrong person. Idiots. Communication ur boss should train you on. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years. With patrons that lost $300,000+ we were trained on respect + finding a solution not yelling and...

I would actually give NO stars if I could. I went today with an appointment. After about 10 minutes of waiting I was called up to the desk and asked if I would be willing to do a TeleHealth visit. I asked if there was a difference in time and if I would still get vitals and tests done to see if my symptoms were the Flu or Covid. I was told yes. That they were running about 45 minutes behind schedule. TeleHealth would be about 20 and I had to wait 20 minutes for my test results any way. So, I agreed. The nurse brought me in, did my blood pressure and swabbed my nose. Asked if I was vaccinated for Covid or the Flu and I told her no. In front of me was an iPad where the doctor would come on. (I was thinking in about 20 minutes). The person came in for a second time to ask if I had the flu vaccination, I again, told her no. She then came back in and said, you have the flu. The doctor will be with you shortly. She, by the way did not have the best bed side manner. 45 minutes later.... the doctor came on the call. She was fine, but her paperwork on me told her I was negative for the flu and covid. I told her that that was not what the nurse told me when she brought in the paperwork. I had to show her my paperwork through the video call. She asked what they were doing where I was, why did she have a negative test result? I said I had no clue. She was saying something and then explained she told her 'people' to get on the phone with the people at PhysicianOne to find out what was going on. The doctor then asked me to look at the paperwork and asked if it was my name on the paperwork. (I had 2 pieces of paper). She then said she had to talk to the people where I was at and put me on hold and said she would be right back. 20 minutes later someone came into the room and asked if I was ok.... I told her the situation and was waiting for the doctor to come back. She said they hadn't gotten discharge papers and I had to wait. 15 minutes later the first nurse came in. I was obviously not happy. I had now been waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. The nurse without a bedside manner was still quite rude. Finally the doctor came back SHE HELPED ANOTHER PATIENT!!! i think she forgot about me. Meanwhile, I was feeling awful. The doctor told me she couldn't believe I tested positive for the flu. "I didn't LOOK like I had the flu" It sounded like I had Covid. She couldn't understand what they were doing here in Norwich. Anyway, she prescribed an inhaler and a steroid and told me I could go to work the next day. I was fine. Just if I had to cough, stay 5 feet away from a person!!

I did not feel right about this. Luckily I can message my doctor. She was able to call me after the office closed. I told her what happened. She called in Tamiflu and a cough syrup. Could NOT understand why I was getting a steroid. She also said that I had to stay home for 5 days. I absolutely could not go to work tomorrow or Friday.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO...

Terrible, used to be great! Called on a weekend receptionist was nasty and could care less found any and every reason to not take us. Said I was here yesterday yes I know you were here! My 12 year old was seen on Saturday and they didn’t swab her for anything but strep, no flu because she doesn’t have cough. My 4 year old was there 4 days before during the week with only a stomach ach and fever and they swabbed him for everything BECAUSE they are children hello!! They dx her with pharyngitis never did an X-ray when one of her symptoms was she had a pain 5/10 in her chest. Lungs clear oxygen good. I found out later that night they do X-rays just no one did one on a 12 year old with a fever and pain in her chest. Told me a virus Tylenol and Motrin and today I called to get an X-ray because it’s Sunday and I’ll get results and call her doc tomorrow but she had a fever bigger than yesterday and chills. All I wanted was a flu swab and X-ray they tell me she has to go to the ER….. but she had the same symptoms yesterday and she was seen they just didn’t do a good work up so now I’ll help them in what they need to do. It’s been 4 days if it was not a medical emergency yesterday then why is it one today! Oh noone wants to work today, or yesterday oh ok!!! That’s why she didn’t get good care, oh good to know. I said I’ll go to the hospital no problem but next time a 12 year old comes in with a chest pain the last 3 days and all her vitals are stable do an X-ray and all swabs, because then I wouldn’t be doing this today. They dx her yesterday with pharyngitis with no cough and no sore throat!! Come on!!! I’m going across the street to heartford healthcare, that’s just as good as a hospital get me through till she sees her doctor tomorrow. I could see if something bad in vitals or came up on the X-ray referral me to ER or the chest pain was really bad, but really it seems like they just don’t want to do anything on the weekends I get it I don’t want to sit at the ER for 4 hours. I’m a nurse myself I just want to make sure because she is a kid the X-ray is negative, until tomorrow. Big deal when it should have been done yesterday and even the on call last night said that that’s how I found out they can do those there! Whatever that’s the last time I go there or my kids for that matter. No one said it was a medical emergency yesterday but today it is. Never used to be like that they were fast and efficient any other time i went, and my husband went during the week my four year old was nervously sick they took him no problem but after all swabs came back she comes into the room knowing what he had and said nothing to dad on the edge of his seat. You know what he has, yes I do. As she examines my son…….you going to tell me??? I’m doing my job she said to him as she felt my sons neck AGAIN, after 5 min she said well dad he has strep.
