When choosing a final resting place for a loved one, it's crucial to find a location that fits your budget and offers compassionate, supportive customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at Acacia fell short of this. Despite the affordable pricing, the service I received from a staff member there was notably lacking in empathy and professionalism. Her attitude did not convey the support and understanding one would hope for during such a difficult time.
In contrast, my visit to Dignity Memorial (across the street), although more expensive, provided an exceptional level of customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful and considerate, which made a significant difference in my decision-making process. Ultimately, I opted for a monument family plot at a beautiful Catholic Cemetery. Although it was a more costly choice, the outstanding customer service there was well worth it.

Read moreBurial went as planned. The visiting hours are very short throughout the day. You might as well plan to visit during the weekend. I feel that the visiting hours should be extended to at least 6pm. Also, they have spring and fall cleaning. Which we were not notified about, all the decorations from the grave were taken and thrown away in the trash. I called the office twice and left messages to check why my brother’s grave was empty. They never return my calls, my sister went in person and noticed the signs that said there’s cleaning twice a year. In the time of grieve, you don’t pay attention to this.
