Very crowded....lot of traffic and lines, you can get most of what you would need on any given day, a plaza with your basic essentials...food, pharmacy, clothing, eye Care, a variety of food options for a quick bite, more banking than is necessary...with a plaza right across the street in gets hectic at times, for the most part the customer service throughout all the various retailers is "decent/good". On a side note since Hannaford's was bought out many of their customer's are going to Shaw's, making the lines almost constant, even more so with the removal of the four self checkout lines that Shaw's removed in favor of three "10 items or less" with one being open most often. I personally avoid shopping at Shaw's anytime I walk in and there are no shopping carts and I can get the item next door at CVS or I don't need the item (s) . The lines are just brutal, especially when the "mymixx" app/coupon (s) are not working...and on that note I strongly suggest you watch the register tally when using app...
Read moreI experienced an overcrowded full parking, lot during this pandemic, with angry drivers glaring at pedestrians and other drivers. I witnessed 2 "almost accidents" in parking lot with drivers and others swearing and shouting. CVS employees & customers were all tense, unfriendly and I felt the CVS employees definitely treated costumers as irritants and that they are doing us customers a favor by doing their work, slowly, poorly and sarcastically. I watched 5 customers talked condescendingly to by cashiers and take it, just to leave fast. The expressions on the customer faces were sad and angry...I saw many negative emotions on leaving faces. I recall standing TOO LONG DURING PANDEMIC=DANGEROUS, DESPITE MASK WEARING(I am a MT(ASCP))...15 MINUTES OF STANDING, I spent 30 minutes to collect my RX. I should be able to make an appointment and have our hand delivered to me on the sidewalk or someplace safe. I'm not happy with the Norwood Mask strip last month,...
Read moreOver all quality customer service, can be very busy but most stores excell @ getting customers in & out. Descent variety with CVS being the one monopoly with a handful of excellent employees that make the experience bearable. Every other store there offers a pleasant shopping experience. The parking lot is very congested and flat out dangerous since it was redesigned to add trees to ensure compliance with the Town bylaws. It will likely get better once the Big Y re-open$ in 2022,. PSst if you need Socks T.J. Maxx doesn't carry any with cotton being the main ingredient, basically the Socks (and much of their clothes) are recycled plastic water bottles.... polyester City.... I've seen multiple close calls in this parking lot since it was redesigned, people coming from in between car's and causing drivers to swerve is a real danger, one...
