TT Nails & Spa Norwood — Attraction in Norwood

I've been going to TT Nails for over a year mainly to do dip/gel manicure and pedicures. The customer service has always been great and they always do a great job no matter who does my nails. Yen, the owner/manager is very accommodating when I need to make a last minute appointment or I need to reschedule. She is always greeting me a with a smile. Sophie, one of the nail techs, is always kind, offering water/snacks, just going above and beyond the call to make me comfortable (adjusting the message chair for me or offering extra nail services) Hannah is very bubbly and has an infectious smile, she is very talented and pays attention to details. It warms my heart to see how kind she is to my mom each time we come. Peter who typically does my nails is very efficient and quick but he always does a great job with my nails. Henry is also very funny and looks after me and my mom when we are there. If you are considering whether you should get your nails done here or not, I highly recommend TT nails. Oh my goodness! Like… what! My nails came out looking absolutely fabulous! Major shoutout to my amazing nail technician Hannah. Hannah is super sweet, very attentive, and talented. I told her exactly what I wanted and she not only met, but exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered TT Nails & Spa, Hannah and the staff were all extremely welcoming and very kind. I felt extremely comfortable during my entire visit here and my nails were done in a timely fashion. Everyone had great customer service skills & the environment is absolutely peaceful. Can’t say enough good things about TT Nails & Spa. I went and got my nails done before my birthday party. Peter did a wonderful job on acrylic tips with dip and did exactly what I asked for. And the pedicure was absolutely amazing. I have a couple broken toes and never once did he pull or hurt them in any way. Went back today because I had damaged a nail that Peter had done and Gigi took the upmost care of me. She treated me like she had been doing my nails for years. She paid extra attention to my injured nail. Always checked to see if she was hurting me (which she never did).
