I was in need of a charger for my Mac Book pro , II called Apple & Oranges Computer Repair based on their reviews and Close proximity to me to see if they had the charger I needed! He said they may have some used ones I told him I would bring my computer in.to see. Boy was I wrong ! Worst experience. ever . Customer service was terrible, The clerk first suggested Amazon even though he had one in the showcase , (assuming I could not or would not pay the price) He quoted me a price $12.00 over Apple”s Price 🤔 upon pressing him letting him know I’m really in need , he magically found one in the back.that was overpriced as well desperate times call for desperate measures. I purchased the overpriced used charger whatever happened to genuine people that actually care about all customers and treat them equality and with respect. These people are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST when it comes to fixing Apple computers, laptops, iPhones, solving problems with devices, etc... They are kind and very patient dealing with customers who aren't computer savvy and they have fixed things for me that the Apple Store can't fix, computers long out of warranty, and all sorts of other tech issues. They have fixed things that the Apple Store said was unfixable! The employee I have dealt with is Greg and he's absolutely a gem of a human being. He's very smart, very patient, and has a great calm style about him. I came in with a seemingly unsolvable issue and he solved what everyone else said was unsolvable. I just can't say enough GREAT things about these amazing people.
