11/11 Crispy Chicken & Burgers - Novi — Restaurant in Novi

Tried this place for the first time today. I ordered the 1111 burger and added jalapenos, provolone cheese, pepperjack cheese, and an extra patty. I also tried their sweet potato fries and the Robert's cheese bites.

1111 Burger - They forgot the provolone and pepperjack cheese, also the patties were a little bit dry. Other than that the burger was pretty good. The 1111 sauce has a good flavor with just a hint of spice to it. The fresh homemade bun was very tasty as well. Overall, a very good burger. I give it a 6.5 out of 10 and would order again.

Sweet potato fries - Most places are hit or miss when it comes to sweet potato fries, this place was a hit for me. The fries didn't have too much or too little salt and were very tasty. I give it a 7.5 out of 10 would order again.

Robert's Cheese Bites - A simple and delightful treat. A warm soft outer crust surrounding a delicious cheese. Very tasty and delicious, also goes good with ranch. I give these a 9.2 out of 10 will definitely order again.

Online ordering - The online ordering was pretty good except, I couldn't find anything that says what comes on the burger. I added a couple of items to the burger but it also came with lettucs, tomato, and onion which was not annotated on the site.

I come (well, came) here all the time. Today I saw an employee do several miraculous things without changing his gloves, such as adjusting his underwear, giving employees hugs, etc. I just had stomach flu 3 weeks ago and was miserable and out of work for 5 days (8 days total, most days couldn’t even eat so sick, then had to slowly ease into things like chicken noodle soup) with several urgent care visits and doctor visit. This cleanliness issue seemed like a massive slap in the face to finally being well enough to go out to eat again. I had the manager follow me outside so I could talk with him and he said they would talk to the employees but I’m really disappointed. I really like this place, but it seems insulting to come back since they do not respect food safety. After all, I typically order online so I don’t see the making process, it just makes me wonder if this is where I got my Stomach Flu from frequenting this place often. Not to mention they raised their prices for safety to be lacking. I hope, and wish, they will do better. They’re handling food! I genuinely was rooting for this place and enjoyed coming all the time, but now I am questioning everything and am not upset, just really disappointed. Online order Ordered at 5:52 Redirected to confirmation and time of 6:07 wow, better leave now....lol I order Milk Shakes. Ended up getting there at 6:30, shame on me I was running behind. After chatting with the nice young woman at the counter, she tells me it's not ready yet....cool. I walk to the car hang out for a bit. Walk back in to other people flipping out at the poor girl. To be fair some of the nastiest people I've encountered. 7:00pm now and no food, and she still can't tell me how long...... Ps: I'll update when I get my food, trust me. This place has a bad vibe with all the hungry people.

Part 2 - lol, when the manager came over manager: what are you waiting for....me: online order. The manager goes and checks the hot food rack....lol, the food was sitting there the whole time; hilarious. Even better, when I walked in she went and thoroughly checked over the same boxes. Convinced me that wasn't my food. The manager looks up, with an awe *$^ face. He remakes my food, bless his soul. Anyway, the moral of the story is the restaurant isn't set up, or staffed appropriately. I wasted about 2 hours on my Thursday evening 😒. Hopefully, someone from ownership reads this and can make a change in the competitive market. The chicken was good! Hope you guys...
