We had an amazing experience here. I came here with my husband and 10 year old daughter. My husband had the horse Fury, I had Pappi, and my daughter had Fiji. Our horses all had their own personalities, but we're all very well trained and a joy to ride. The trainers who came along with us, Alex and Jesse we're also a joy, they were engaging, knowledgeable, and sweet! You could really tell that they love their job. They were very respectful and sweet to the animals. The animals are very well taken care of here. When we first arrived they let my ten-year-old daughter feed a horse a few baby carrots. We then put on helmets that were included with the price, had a 5 to 10 minutes informative session with Jessie to explain to us how to work with our animals when we were riding them, how to mount and Dismount our horses. The ride was very beautiful, what is it beautiful in Hawaii really? We walked through a grassy meadow area, walked along the beach on a sandy trail up above, and also walked on the actual beach for a short time. We were able to take several selfies while on our horses and then the staff also took pictures of us with our own phones. We did the group rate at $88 per person and after tax that came out to about $100 a person, I was a little nervous about the expensive price but, it was a great experience and I would purchase it again. There were only 2 other people in our group and the staff did a great job keeping us seperate enough on the ride that we felt like it was our own private ride. This was a great opportunity to make really special memories with my family and for us we really did. This was very special for us and at the end we were all so sad to go. We wish we could come every day. As for the post about the owner, those other reviews made me weary and I almost did not even consider this business for a horseback riding experience. I'm really glad that there were enough positive reviews to outweigh the negative which is why ultimately considered, and that's also why I am writing this review as well. I would hate for someone else to miss out on this experience because of a few reviews that were negative. This was not our experience at all. Just check it out, you'll enjoy it...

Absolutely beautiful land and good gorgeous semi private beach to ride through. This was such a joy. Alyssa really made our experience! She was super friendly, relaxed with us, clearly had good knowledge of the horses we were riding. The sunset private tour is the way to go. So nice to be alone without others and just have our own time and peace and quiet and not have to possibly have issues or setbacks of other riders. Makes it just feel more freeing than trotting behind ten people or having to wait for people to catch up or stop and check on everyone. Alyssa was super fun to talk to with a great personality. I could see myself being friends with her. She was just awesomglshots, couples shots, and really took her time to make us feel special and enjoy the ride. She was knowledgeable about surrounding areas in terms of beaches, other tours, food, etc. This was my boyfriends birthday gift and he was very happy with the experience. Yes you cannot go into the ocean on these rides but you get as close as you can and it was lovely. Very relaxing hearing the waves on your ride. The moon was beautiful over the trees, fun to oversee a polo practice happening, sunset was spectacular. We got to see some retired horses relaxing and grazing in beautiful fields. The whole thing was awesome. The horse I road was named Ike and he was such a mellow and sweet boy. Fun giving the horses treats after. We kindly tipped our lovely tour guide at the end and tipped our horses. Leave reviews for your tour guides! They...

This adventure is a MUST do! We expected the beach views to be awe inspiring and they were. What we didn’t expect was for our trail guide, Ella, to be off the charts…absolutely AMAZING✨. I do horseback riding wherever we travel but this one stands separated from the rest on its own upper echelon because Ella made it special. She is passionate about what she offers her guests and was so knowledgeable from an equestrian standpoint and island history. She explained the temperament and personality of each of our horses and we got to see it pan out over the course of the ride! She immersed herself in conversation with me and my family which made my most apprehensive horse rider have a sense of ease and comfort. The salty crisp breeze coming off the ocean was invigorating. Some of our particular horses had dual roles- trail rides and also polo. Their training proved to render patience and agility which added to a seamless ride. They “understood the assignment,” navigating the trail- they needed little guidance. The beautiful forest foliage, some parts quite dense coming to meet a seam of fluffy beach sand would seem incongruous yet it flowed almost magically✨. This trail ride will recharge the soul itself. Go...
