Dillingham Ranch — Attraction in Oʻahu

Tried calling numerous times to make an appointment to see wedding venues as I was going back home for a week for another friend’s wedding. Never called back when I tried calling months prior and never called back when I was there that week. Left countless voicemails and no response. Had a horrible interaction with the customer service lady named Siri. Very rude and condescending. We just called to ask a few questions and she made a huge deal about us not listening to her voice mail. We happened to be around the area to check out the place so we called if we they could allow us to look around the outside of the ranch and she said we are trespassing (we didn’t arrive at the area at that time and we called…). Beautiful location with sparse accommodations. Rooms did not have a chair to sit on, closets, coat hangers, luggage stands, enough outlets, no hair dryers, bathroom counter space, Kleenex, no useable bathroom for guests. Anything you need for ANY kind of event you have to bring with you and it is a long way to the nearest store. It is lovely if you like remote but don’t expect amenities.
