Great viewpoint! You will be able to see the mountain from one sided and the town with the bay on the other. Very easy to access. Next to the main road of the botanist garden and take only ~5 min walk from the parking lot (either before or after the intersection).

Easy spot to get to, at the other end of the botanical garden. It’s a little confusing due to the proximity to the military area which is forbidden to the public. But go up the little hill anyway and this spot is right next to the military fenced are.

There is a short kind of steep hike up to this lookout that is well worth the beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and water.
