A short walk from the Visitor Center’s parking lot, you will find a beautiful lake surrounded by many native Hawaiian (and from elsewhere) plants and trees. Schöner See inmitten einer absolut beeindruckenden Landschaft. Der See ist relativ leicht und innerhalb von 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg findet man zahlreiche verschiedene Baum- & Pflanzenarten die einem auf Erklärtafel näher gebracht werden. Am See angekommen kann man unzählig viele Koi Fische beobachten. Es gibt tolle Fotomotive oder man nutzt die Ruhe einfach um sich zu erholen und die Umgebung zu genießen.
