Open Palms Plantation — Attraction in Oʻahu

This is our home away from home on Oahu. We have been staying at Open Palms Plantation for many years now and in January, once again, we had a wonderful stay. Kitty is a gracious hostess. The accommodations are well maintained, beautifully appointed, very clean and well stocked with toiletries and supplies. This is a lovely rural property, complete with horses grazing in the pasture. Tucked away at the base of the Koʻolau, it’s very peaceful and secluded and surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. It’s a rarity to be able to stay somewhere where you can experience the natural peace and beauty of the island. Even though the property is secluded it’s conveniently located and takes 10 minutes or less to drive to beautiful beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. Can’t imagine staying...

What a beautiful place! We recently eloped to Hawaii and had our ceremony at Open Palms Plantation. The pictures don’t do justice to how breathtaking this property is. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found this venue and Leandra who runs everything venue wise & was our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was stress free, answered all of our questions in the lead up to the wedding and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to elope here.

We also stayed in the family room for 3 nights and it was so spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the property is in a great location for exploring the windward side of Oahu.

My husband and I had our wedding at Open Palms Plantation and it was the most AMAZING experience! From the very first inquire, all up until our special day, Leandra brought so much kindness, professionalism, and knowledge to all of our meetings. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but I never felt stressed regarding our venue. Leandra was always so reassuring and prompt with our meetings and answering any questions I might have.
