I ordered a rare plant a couple months ago and have been incredibly happy with every bit of the process. They sent me photos of their inventory so I could choose exactly which plant I wanted and it was promptly shipped. I was nervous about it due to mail delays and dropping temperatures in my region but the plant arrived on time as advertised and was incredibly well packed. It was clearly stressed from lack of light, being tossed around by all the mail handlers over 5,000 miles, and the cold. But I popped it on a heat mat and gave it loads of humidity and strong light and it perked back up within 3 days. Since then it has pushed out 3 new leaves and is absolutely thriving. If I had to give any criticism it would be that there isn't much information online about this particular plant with its coloring, so a care sheet to aid in replicating its home environment would have been helpful, along with any tips to keep the variegation strong. But it really hasn't been difficult to care for as I am used to the species and as I said, it's thriving and putting out the most gorgeous foliage. I will 100% return to this nursery for my future rare plant purchases. It can be hard to trust purely online purchases when it comes to plants (definitely can't afford to travel to the physical location yet) but Plant Hawaii has won my trust and...
