I have been to Tracks beach over 30 times in the last 3 years and have great things to say when it comes to scuba diving. I love tracks because it has direct access to some of the caves that have white tip sharks, and also to be able to slide south to electric beach.
The downside of tracks is that it's trashy. The trash cans are usually overflowing with bottles and litter throughout. There is a homeless man living at the park entrance. Over the years he has developed quite a large housing complex. One time he walked nude from his tent into the ocean, relieved himself and walked back to his tent, all in front of our family.
There is heavy traffic to the tent area which appears to be drug related. If you can get past that, tracks is a great place to scuba dive, snorkel and boogie board at the beach.
Note: Tracks beach to the left (connects with Electric Beach) has eroded significantly since 2019. 40-50' has been washed away from the shoreline, revealing the rocks and boulders. Go further north where the beach opens up.

Read moreThis was a nice beach with a nice stretch of Sand me and the wife went up for a picnic, lot's of locals hang out and it looks like a nice place to surf, so when you park and walk out towards the beach. To your left you will see power plants head down that way to get into the water. It's still Rocky inside the water but not as bad as the right side were the mountain is on but we did see a seal over there and the view was great. Over all very Rocky beach and no restrooms and that's way it got four stars, electric Beach or kahe Beach is like 2 or 3 Miles down the road and they have restrooms, if you can't go in the water. I hope this helps you out and have...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite spots. The waves surge and don't roll which is perfect for my kids to boogy board. There is a restroom 2 showers on site. Snorkeling is god but you'll need to go out about 75 yards before it starts clearing up real good. We've seen sting ray, turtles, and tons of fish...no sharks yet. The only bad thing (why 4 stars) about this beach are these darn trees that have thorns on the branches. You'll know when you step on one for sure, recommend wearing your sandals anywhere when you're within 15 feet of...
