Was there at 11:10 Sunday and the Checker said I'm opening another aisle right here. So I moved to the line since I am disabled and have neuropathy and hurts for me to stand very long and when I got to the aisle the young Checkers said to me as loud as can be that was really rude where everyone could hear her she said I was talking to the other guy and I said what difference does it make if you opened a new Lane who comes in the lane. And she said well that was really rude so I left my car there and I left and I'll never go back again. People should not be rude to the customers. People should never be rude like that to a customer ever. Teacher staff that they do not own this world and they cannot treat people like that. I go to work everyday and if I talk to a customer like that I would be fired. People should understand how you treat a customer and what customer service really means. Because it's obvious that girl had no idea what it means to have good customer service on to treat a customer right. Right or wrong whatever she thought was no excuse to talk like that loud and bold to embarrass a customer and the middle of your store. Read moreThis place is good for a quick shop one stop shopping experience. I had no trouble finding anything, but there was a problem. The check-out line was too long so they opened another and then it went faster. Not a problem after that.
They do not have everything like walmart. No clothes (as far as I know) but just about everything else.
Great prices (even though they have gone up a little bit, but still reasonable for me.
Always looking for a place to shop where I can get all my produce in one place and this was perfect. Though a couple times I could not find the mushrooms. I think they were out. But most of the times I have found everything I am looking for.
Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They know where anything and everything is and will point you right to it. Never had an employee get upset because of me asking where too many things were at. She helped me and she smiled every time I asked her where something was. My purchases included Sea Bass, salmon, and 1 other fish that I can't remember (some whitefish). Without fail every piece of "boneless" fish that I bought had several small bones in it. This caused me to have to eat it with my fingers very carefully and to even throw some out. After this experience I believe that I cannot trust Aldi's fish product packaging nor can I trust the quality of their fish products. Even frozen "boneless" fillets that I bought had bones! They need to either improve the quality of their fish coming from their suppliers or STOP claiming on the product packaging that their fish is "boneless". I buy boneless fish products so that my family can easily and safely eat the fish. An occasional bone is fine and acceptable but their fish had several bones in each fillet.
