Read moreI recently visited the new Classic Red Hots location in O’Fallon, MO, and it was a really disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the sticky floors gave the place an unclean and neglected feel.
The manager was quite unfriendly, which didn’t help the already uncomfortable atmosphere. To make things worse, there was a dog in a crate placed in the dining area, which felt incredibly unsanitary for a restaurant.
I ordered a chili dog, and my husband had a Chicago dog. Both were lackluster—lukewarm and bland. To top it off, a few hours after eating, both of us started feeling sick, making us seriously question the quality of the food.

I had both the Italian beef (dipped with hot peppers) and Chicago dog with all the fixings.
