Obviously it's beautiful. It's Yosemite, of course it is. Here's the thing though: it's really busy. Even in the middle of the day on Monday there's a line of cars waiting to get in and the trail is extremely crowded. I suppose I was silly for not expecting that part, but all the pictures you see are of the beautiful scenery, not of the crowds. In any case, expect to have trouble parking. If you go in the spring and there's a lot of snow melt, the volume of water will likely run over parts of the trail and may even partially flood the parking area. Also wear a rain jacket if you don't want to get drenched at the top of the trail, it's right at the bottom of the falls and in the spring the mist is so thick you look like you've taken a shower if you stand there for more than a...

Highly recommended to go this place, you might want to wear a raincoat because the waterfall will be misting all over you. I didn’t wear a jacket but it felt really good to feel the mist on my face haha and my hair was wet a bit but not horrible. FYI, there is slippery road due to the waterfall so you might want to wear non-slippery shoes. It’s only around 15 minutes drive to this place from Tunnel View. It has a bigger parking lot and not as long walk to the waterfall which is nice. Their bathroom is also clean, which I much...

Be prepared in the Springtime. We had to wade through ankle deep water to get on the trail. The trail is huge nice and paved. By half way there you're feeling the spray from falls. Once you're at them you're covered. but it's great fun and well worth the 1/4 mile walk to...

Lots of snowmelt still snow on some areas of the creek in early march 2019. Beautiful sights and sounds. The walk up to the falls is along this creek. At the viewing point depending on the local winds you can get a bit wet so be prepared.
