Update: Reports are that the trail has been cleared and is now open. Revising my review rating to reflect that. A great, mostly flat trail through the trees around the meadow. One of the few in Yosemite that is dog friendly, but bring clean water for your pet! In the spring, the creek may be difficult to cross without getting wet.

Because of all the mosquitoes, I was constantly itching myself and was uncomfortable for the rest of my stay until the bites went away.
