They're a rip-off. Sold me a replacement part that was incorrect and would not refund my money. They weren't even interested in learning what was wrong with the part they sold me. They were only interested in keeping the money. beware of companies like this. If you buy an electrical component there and it's the wrong one they will not allow you to return it even though they told you it's the right one.
In response to managers response to my complaint. I AM WELL AWARE OF WHAT I PURCHASED AND YOU ARE INCORRECT! Plain and simple. Upon returning to your store with the part that DID NOT WORK you had no interest in listening to me and rudely interrupted me when I attempted to speak. Over what? A $14.95 part? I also explained that our company does a lot of business with you and your answer to that was "so is that supposed to mean something?" I assure you it does to my business. You can have all of the opinions and theories you want but the fact is that it did not work when installed. The difference between you and I is that I, out of respect for you , researched why and found the answer, unlike you. I went over to Granger who had the correct part (for less than half your retail price) and it worked just fine. Maybe you should check a little deeper to discover the details before turning on your own customer. You don't treat people harshly and let your pride stand in the way of good business.

I provided my own part # for part I needed, they had part in stock, I asked to see the part before I paid to compare to my broken part, the counter person Chris says he cannot open the box, it is an electric part, we dont do that, how do I know there was not a rock in the box? all I wanted to do was compare my old one with the one I was about to purchase. I was not allowed to see the part, He asked for model and told me my part number was wrong and when I was asked where I got part number, I replied internet, he and the other counter person laughed at me. I left. I ordered from the internet the part number I provided , it was a perfect fit, my washing machine was back and running. I am a small business owner here in town I prefer to buy local, I will pay a more for the convenience of having part now. I am taken back as to how inconsiderate and rude counter person was to me. I am confident the part he had was a fit for may machine, this review could be avoided if I was allowed to see the part I was going to purchase, compare, if it matched I would have purchased and been on my way. Read moreI went in the first time and saw Chris I thought it was my capacitor come to find out Chris says what makes you think it's the capacitor I told him cuz I watch YouTube in the guy says it's your capacitor or the motor so I started with a capacitor well he checked it out it's not the capacitor he says and I'll give you a hint there's nothing in between the capacitor in the motor but wires so instantly I knew it was my motor well it only cost me nothing to put a motor in and I did it myself but he explained to me exactly how to do it and it was like a five minute crash course in putting in a motor in an air-conditioned Chris you the man I owe it to you only cost me $172 plus I bought a new fan for the new motor the old fan seized up and would not come off the old motor so $172 for all of it to do the job it would probably cost me three maybe four hundred dollars if I called an air conditioner guy never underestimate what you can do when you put your mind to it thanks...
