Burger King — Restaurant in Ocala

I really miss the old store manager here! I'm VERYYYYY annoyed with whatever district manager thought it was a good idea to transfer her wayyyy out almost on top of the world... I only know this because I meet my daughter's father out there when we do drop off and pickup and just happened to see her one day. She had only been at this store for a year and a half and they transferred her, doubling her commute and pretty much signing this stores death certificate. As soon as she left it's been downhill. We use to come twice a week (sometimes more) and it was really just because they were all so good to my daughter and I. They all remembered us and it made me want to go back. First, my daughter's favorite employee, Haley (which is also my daughter's name) quit then they transferred the manager... My food hasn't been made fresh since. Like tonight we waited for 20 minutes to get food that wasn't even fresh... I didn't even eat it. That's bad when I won't even eat something... I'm sick of throwing away money I don't have. It's just ridiculous.

*Photos are of the receipt on the bag showing the order was from 5pm and then passed midnight the food was still uneaten. I ended up heating up some French toast sticks in the microwave instead... Which pisses me off. We've really been struggling lately and then to keep wasting money because this place never gets any better. So now we maybe go twice a month... And I don't think we'll be going at all for awhile... Or until someone starts replacing all the food I've thrown away.

Please stop hiring idiots... Hate to be mean but it's true. Either bring back the manager who was worth a darn or hire another one who is... But if something doesn't change you'll end up like the one on south pine. (The one on south pine was closer to us before it closed but we'd drive all the way to this one when the good manager lady was still there... Then it closed... And for good reason. This one will be next unless real action is actually taken. Anyways, end of my rant. I'm just...

I went there over an hour ago ordered a 2 for $6 wasn't given a receipt for the purchase at either windows. Got to the second window and the person putting my food together is coughing/sneezing over my food, in the elbow mind you but still over my food and possibly the person behind me in line. After she was done she left the area but before she did 2 others were behind her putting the food in the bag. I refused it and told them what I saw and asked for it to be remade first girl looked confused. Then said something to the manager/team lead then they was looking at me like i was the problem I asked for a remake of the whole order. After getting it I moved up for the other people in line, checked the sandwiches and they were the wrong ones. I went in and told, I'm guessing the manager or team lead, she said I didn't order what I ordered. It showed up as another deal. she took the food disappeared and then came back few mins later with one burger fixed the other not fixed with a receipt at that moment saying with a bit of an attitude she wanted to show me that I didn't order what I asked for. I never got a receipt for the original order so as far as I know she could have went back and changed it idk how their system works as what she handed me highlighted the deal. I left. But I've been getting wrong orders from them a lot lately and after this morning debacle I think I will simply eat elsewhere. It was at one point some I had ordered the impossible whopper before(different days) and got a regular one. Sometimes I'd order nuggets and some will be missing, etc. I try to give the benefit of doubt but...

Ok, with this place it's a hit or miss. I went there on 2 occasions and both days were both a different experience. Now, I'll say this! The staff that was there on October 30th between 5-6 pm, was awesome! My food was fresh and they were friendly and fast.

However! The staff that was on either the 28 or 29 wasn't bad, but wasn't the best as well. I ordered my food and I specifically told them to drop it fresh. As the lady told me over the speaker that they will. Once I got there they gave me some stale burgers that I know for a fact was just sitting upfront for a bit.

At first, I was going to make lil seen, but I decided to take the hight road. After that, I was going to stop go to this location. But, thanks to the staff members on October the 30th between the hours of 5-6 pm I'll come back and next time I ask for my order to drop fresh and they give me some old burgers. I'm going to pull up and walk inside and demand they drop it right where I can see it and if not, I'll take my refund and leave.
