This place could be sooo good (and after looked at older reviews & photos it apparently was). We came today for our first (and last visit). Pros- limited to 10 kids, lots of imaginative play, space is set up well. Cons- it’s FILTHY. The first steps you take are on to laminate flooring that’s buckling, separating and dirty. We were there for the first play group of the day (9am) and there was only one other family there before we arrived so I was surprised to find the entrance floor so dirty. The shoe cubby area is not near the entrance into the play area. You have to cross the entrance where everyone walks with their shoes and tracks in dirt, salt and wetness which really defeats the purpose of no shoes in the play area. My biggest complaint would be that the walls and carpets are NASTY. They clearly need to be repainted &replaced (go look at older photos and reviews and you’ll see what I mean). Kids get stuff dirty- I get it, but wow just kinda overall shocked. The floors are also several different textures (foam, carpet, tiles) so if you’re little one isn’t the best walker stay close bc they will trip on the different levels & the curling corners of the foam.
The toys weren’t too bad, although some of the furniture was broken and the stuffed animals in the vet area and the baby toys need to be replaced for sure.
The front desk staff was inattentive- she said one sentence to me “remove your shoes” and that’s it the entire time. Very unfriendly and clearly only cared about setting up for a birthday party later in the day. Overall disappointed considering I read a few reviews before going and had high hopes ( looking back now they are mostly old reviews so I figured I’d leave an...
Read moreFriends recommended this indoor playground, unfortunately we had a negative experience and will not be returning. The playground is reasonably clean, had multiple play areas, seemed well constructed and safe with many activities that did entertain our 14 month old twins. We should have had a great time, unfortunately there is no separation for different age groups. Our play session had multiple older kids who were running and throwing balls forcefully, pushing, and diving into different play areas. Which may be appropriate for 7 year old boys, but isn't safe for young toddlers playing in the same area. The older kids were jumping from the 0-2 specific play area, and nearly knocked out children over multiple times. Despite signs saying no running, the staff was only at the front desk and did not monitor the play area or enforce any rules. Ideally the parents would say something, but again the older kids were having age appropriate fun. There needs to be separate blocks of time by age for safety. We really wanted to love this playground, but we had to leave early for the safety of our children. The visit was not worth the $40 price...
Read moreI was eager to take the LO I nanny for here, and decided that yesterday was the day! We got there & the place was pretty decent but not as clean as other playgrounds in the area. 15 minutes into open play, myself & another caregiver noticed there was a visibly sick child continuously coughing/gagging and wiping his boogers on the almost every toy and play structure. He was coughing on other children as well and his parent was just sitting on her phone not watching. Other parents were getting uncomfortable and moving their children away from this child. I decided to go to the front desk and asked their illness policy they said they don’t have one but she can go clean up. I told her she’d have to shut the whole play room to clean up. The lady also acknowledged that she heard the child. I asked for a refund but was refused so we ended up leaving and going to a different play place. So sad parents take their sick children out, and risk the health of others.
I can not recommend this playroom to anyone until they do something about allowing sick children into...
