One of the standout moments was when we realized that every detail of the day had been thoughtfully considered, right down to the assigned server dedicated solely to us, the bride and groom. This unexpected surprise truly elevated our experience, allowing us to enjoy our wedding and even indulge in the delicious food, unlike many couples who often miss out on this aspect of their own celebration.

Speaking of the food, it was absolutely tremendous! We've received countless compliments from our guests about how magnificent the cuisine was, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The grooms' room and bridal suite were meticulously prepared, providing us with the perfect and most comfortable space to prepare for our big day. Every need was anticipated, from having shout wipes for my wedding dress to assisting with printing our vows.

The venue itself received rave reviews from our guests for its stunning aesthetics and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we encountered, from the bartenders to the servers, went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly.

As the night came to a close, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our personal items had been packed up, including the to-go breakfast sandwiches that were left over. This thoughtful gesture was just one more example of the exceptional service provided by Branches.

Just wanted to say thank you for an OUTSTANDING Surprise 60th Birthday party we had for my wife Missy Ford that was held at Branches in West Long Branch on March 25th. You have such a GREAT staff and team and everything was perfect!! Stacie, Sale Manager, was unbelievably helpful in planning this surprise celebration. She helped me work through every detail and made my job easy. Kelly, Banquet Manager, discussed the event with me prior to the big night to manage my expectations. The night of the event, she continually checked in to make sure everything was going well and meeting my expectations. The servers and bartenders were extremely attentive, pleasant, and radiated the feeling that we were the customers and they wanted to make sure we had a great experience. All our family and friends raved about how good the food was. Many telling me it was the best steak they have ever had in a banquet type setting.

This will be a night for my family to cherish and a big part of that was a result of your amazing staff. I will always consider you for our events! We just had my son's 1st birthday party at Branches on Saturday, Nov. 4th. From start to finish, the staff at Branches went above and beyond what I could ever expect. From the start, I was able to book my party and have all my questions answered with ease. Stacie was very accommodating and easy to talk to. She also responded very quickly to any question I had. On the day of the party, EVERYONE was so hospitable- even my guests noticed and came over to me to tell me. When I arrived my cake was in shambles ( I am an easy going person so I was laughing about it) The maître d' was like no! we are fixing this haha! They went over and beyond literally putting my cake back together. I arrived a little late and was stressed- the bartender was like lets get you a drink haha! They were awesome definitely trying to help get me things set up and calm my nerves. We had gotten passed hors d'oeuvres. The tomato, mozzerella kabobs, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, and pigs in the blanket were delicious. For entrees, the Chicken Frances, penne vodka, asparagus and chicken fingers were my favorite. Guests also enjoyed sausage and peppers, a Cesar salad, and mashed potatoes. I am so glad I had my party there. We will be back for dinner with Santa next month!...
