Trosper Park — Attraction in Oklahoma City

Why on Earth do some of you say how disgusting it is and then keep driving through just to see? I think it's commendable that the police don't waste time with patrolling people who are harmless to others or sting operations that do nothing but create bad blood and ruin someones reputation for nothing helpful. I have never been to the park because I did not realize it was what sounds like the only place in the city where gay guys can deal with something that they have no other outlet for elsewhere if they are in an unfortunate closeted or oppressive situation. Talking about needles and condoms everywhere is no.differenr than many other parks where straight folks do the same thing, and why is that not cause for your disgust and outrage? My mom shoots up insulin every single night and I don't consider her a degenerate waste of space, nor do I think outdoor sex should be such a taboo since the Garden of Eden was outside. Let's be upset about the litter and not the creepiness of people who you cannot even imagine the kinds of things they deal with that would force them to find pleasure the only way possible. For you it's probably not as hard to be happy, but not everyone is as lucky and not everyone has the ability to be who they are in public without pissing off everyone around them. At least this keeps them from being creepy in your clean and tidy manicured lawn neighborhood and it would keep them out of sight if you didn't keep going there to horrify yourselves. How is that any less creepy? But I promise you no one wants to be creepy or disgusting. People who you see that are creepy and disgusting have been through hell and have learned to ignore the fact that they are scowled at and considered filth by those who are too good to think about why they are like that in the first place. This kind of thing pisses me off and every time one of those cars pulls up next to me with someone scowling at me and having a disappointed sigh as soon as I open Grindr or Scruff, it makes me feel like worthless filth which is stupid since they shouldn't be able to see what's on my phone in the first place. I don't know why or who they are or what they expect, but as much harassment as it's been and as painful and cruel. It is to see the proud and smug looks on their face as they prevent me from being able to take care of a need they don't understand and have no business being involved in, I can promise you they will not get anything from me any time soon without some kind of understanding as to why people would be so happy about hurting someone else irreparably and making them feel so ashamed for something that they are allowed to do anywhere they want to without being afraid of being assaulted...

If I was giving stars for the park itself it would be five stars, because the park is in great condition and well kept. But the reason it's in great shape is because no children play there. Since I was a kid and as someone who grew up in Del City for the past almost 30 years that park has ALWAYS been known as the "Gay Park". No one ever dares go there unless their looking for sex. It is truly sad the police have not taken control of this "situation". It's been going on for many many many years. This is nothing new. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night there is men sitting out there watching & waiting. A friend & I just for sh*ts & giggles one Saturday night drove through & there was a man out of his truck in just his underwear cowboy boots & hat!! They even put up barriers so no one can drive down into the park. It's so sad. Please if your a parent don't ever take your kids here....

Guys, This park has the best play ground equipment I have seen in a long time. I know why it is such good shape though, NO ONE EVER USES IT I am SO DISTURBED by the NASTY things that are going on there. Men circling the parking lots over and over again until someone rolls down their window as a sign to stop. The park is full of Perverts. 20 years ago I was hearing the same thing and I had really hoped that it would get cleaned up. I am truly saddened by the condition of Trosper Park. Beautiful Facilities that would be perfect for little children but instead, these dirty men have defiled it with their perversion. I don't know who can help us get it cleaned up but I am going to start praying for help. Something has to change guys, we've got to put a stop to this atrocity. It is time to take back what belongs to the community and get it out of the hands of these perverted...
