I went Friday the 15th of October 2021. The restaurant "Flatwater" was not too bad in the end. If you even get your food. Because I didn't. We got seated and got our drinks and ordered our food. Well 30 min went by no food. Then our server brought us fried mushrooms that we didn't order. Just sat them down and left before we could say they are not ours. Then 20 min. Later comes back not to fill up our drinks that were empty but to ask us if she had taken our order yet!?! Anyone else would have taken off. But we waited for her to come back from getting the manager 10min later just to pay for a beer and a drink. My husband went to the bar later to get away from the noise for a bit and the guy that was bartending was rude and I'm pretty sure he did not want to be there at all!! He waited 15min just for him to take a drink order lol! We gave it another shot the next day for lunch and it was pretty good. Service was fast but there was only 2 other tables. But the server was very nice. The hotel was nice. But the lighting is extremely horrible in the Bunk suite. Like I couldn't see once it got dark and ran into the coffee table. And during the day you can see but it's better to open the blinds. And the door slams really loud. Small arcade wish it was a bigger for the teens to have more to do. but we did have fun. Not too bad...

After losing over $8,100 in 2025 alone, I expected at least some appreciation in the form of comps or promotions. Instead, all I get is $25 in free play per week which feels like a slap in the face compared to what other casinos give their regulars. No special events, no meaningful offers, no discounted tickets or comp food.
The one time I tried booking a room after hitting jackpots, I still had to pay over $100 for a single night. The comps here are the stingiest I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve played at casinos all over the country. Honestly, it even feels like they might be giving less to locals compared to out-of-town players, which is especially frustrating as someone who’s been loyal to this place for years.
There is zero incentive to keep playing here when other casinos actually reward loyalty. Until First Council starts offering meaningful comps and shows they value their players… local or not. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money here either.
I have always been a loyal player here, but I won’t spend another dime unless something...

I was not told of the "company policy " yes I should read the whole paper..I paid for two rooms ..only got 1..a 65 year old was not able to supervise 4 kids 18, & 17 between them..they were mx racing in Ponca..we paid for this..I offered to open the adjoining rooms and gave roll off between them with the door..between the roims..that wasn't good enough..7 Clans of any kind will get a bad name from me, and will never receive a good word or a dime from me..it is pathetic that I could not be worked with in any shape or form...6 hours from home and in a really big spot and absolutely no understanding or even an attempt to offer any kind of service..I was told I should read the whole sheet before I sign..there were two people waiting behind me and honestly...do you read the paper when you check in to a hotel?? In all honesty..terrible night with all...
