Kickapoo Casino Shawnee — Attraction in Oklahoma

Kickapoo is a fun place. I would not recommend the cafe… last week a we had a spicy cubano and it did not set well with me. Yesterday we ordered 2 small pizzas. They gave us a transponder to come when they were ready. We asked about them after 30 minutes, then again at an hour…… as we were asking it rang….. we went outside to eat and the pizzas had obviously been sitting in back for about 40 minutes. They were dry and the pepperoni and ham were so dry it had to be ripped apart. We left and will not eat there again……so, eat before you go play. I don’t know if the waitress had a problem with me only tipping 3 dollars on a $14 dollar to go order, or she was so young she forgot what was in back and didn’t check on it or she didn’t care about the order. It’s fun to gamble there just don’t waist your money...

This is the worst Casino experience I have had out of all the Casinos in the Shawnee area. There is not a good variety of machines. The music is irratating and loud. The food is awful and no selection of any kind.The tea machine had clumps of moldy like stuff coming out of it!! The employees all act like they are bored and don't want to be there. They are not friendly and never have a smiling face to make you enjoy your gambling experience there!! I honestly do not know how they stay in business. The few times I have been there you could count on 2 hands the amount of people in the Casino. The Kickapoo Casino in Harrah is a total different experience. Very nice friendly employees,a great selection of machines and a nice Restaurant with good food. Always very busy and a enjoyable...

People in rest. Are rude, unprofessional, and wear sloppy clothes. Every time you get food it's cold or undercooked. The only ones that can cook are the Asian men. They don't want to make it right but I called my friend who manages the rest. And he straightened all of them up! If they don't like you here They flag your card to keep you from winning. Some real loosers work for this place. They let their friends win all the time & we caught them giving them handfuls of entries. The same ones win all the prizes. What a crooked place this is.
