I just left this location and was very rushed at the register by the cashier. I patiently waited in line because it was busy. I was not irritated at this pint at all. The lady didn’t say hi, she acted like she was just herding cattle. When I put away my card in my purse I was then reminded by her that I wasn’t done, I told her I was putting away my card but I “appreciated” her rushing me! Maybe the staff needs a little training on patience and customer service. This saddens me because this is usually a great location to find merchandise and this is one of my favorite hobbies. Unfortunately management doesn't really care. See picture of the store. And if you do complain nobody cares. Read moreI was checking rings on jewelery section on 3/28/24 at around 2pm and this Iady(Indian) came to help me .I returned the rings back because they didnt fit me,but this attendant dropped one of the rings on the floor on her side and kept insisting that I took one of the rings.I told her that I had returned all the rings and that I am not a thief.She embarrassed me infront of other customers insisting I had the ring yet she is the one who had dropped the ring on the floor where she was standing .No apologies or nothing...
