Paradigm Gardens — Attraction in Omaha

I goto this location every year. Guys can be knowledgeable and they can learn some experience from others. Good selections. My only issue is this year out of the many I've gone.

Stepped in with my fiancé, did our walk around. Grabbed some stuff we needed. The second anything entered my hands, we were watched like hawks. To the point it was noticeable and uncomfortable.

At the checkout. After paying. I told the guy " you must get alot of thieves in the store to the point you watch your customers like hawks."

Guy kinda giggles.

I told him not everyone is a bad person.

And then left with my merchandise.

Having owning my own greenhouses and stores....

It isn't a good thing to make your customers feel like they are doing something wrong by just entering the store.

I mean the guy literally had a 5g black planting bag in his hands acting like he was doing something but never did anything with it but passed by a dozen times watching me. Then I would leave the area and goto the next. And he'd put the bag down and act like he was doing something in the areas we would goto.

Lol your definitely not detectives. Good try tho to be incognito.

Here's some advice for the future as I've stated I have my own shops, greenhouses and service the public. "Not everyone is out to do bad, yes there is some but not all."

You guys could have made more money off me yesterday but you made me feel so uncomfortable to even be there that I took my money elsewhere and just wanted to leave.

Although I could have just put my merchandise down and not payed for it I did because I also support small businesses and these small businesses also...

You are missed in Madison!! Whenever I had a question, the folks at the Madison location were always very helpful. When one unit in my lighting system failed under warranty, they swapped my faulty unit without any hassle and recycled the old one for me.

My second unit failed this past winter, still under warranty, and I called the Omaha location to see if they could help me from afar. They did! I spoke with the manager Matt, and he took care of everything! The fixture was no longer in production, but Matt spent six weeks advocating for me with the current parent company, and was able to get me store credit for the amount of the fixture. From there, he helped me figure out what products would be the best replacement for me, he was able to ship everything quickly, and even advised me on how to recycle the faulty unit. I was able to set everything up last night, and I'm very happy with it!

Im a house plant hobbyist and this place have pretty much anything related to soil potting mix, fertilizer, and etc for your soil. They carried stuff that big box stores dont carry. Price is just exactly as retail price. If you dont want to buy online or amazon (which is cheaper when they have deals) and prefer to get stuff instantly; this will be your best option in Omaha. Just a little FYI, that local plant shop always come here to buy bulk and resell. So this will be a very good place for you to get the actual price of product.

The only thing that I don't like is the location. Its not in mid town but then again to own a spot in mid town will be so expensive. I think this is why they choose to stay...
