The food are really flavorful and that is the main reason for my future visits. First time seeing this restaurant so I thought I would try it out. It was a Tuesday afternoon and half of the restaurant was filled up. There were only 2 waiters who were constantly running around getting everyone's orders and ringing people up (I felt bad for them). However, the time it took to get our food was reasonable and the crowded atmosphere made the time flew by. The portion given are fairly large and the price are very reasonable. The pad thai here was different than other places (Salween for example). It's more on the darker sauce and salty side compare to the normal tangy flavor. With that being said, I still really like it because the strong flavor follows that traditional Asian flavor. My spice tolerance is VERY high so if you love spice, go beyond the level 10. My boyfriend ordered one of the whole tilapia fish and it was so fresh. Once again, the sauce was very flavorful which balanced well with the fresh stir-fried vegetables and minimally seasoned tilapia. I don't really care for inland seafood due to the fishy stench, but this barely had any which made it very enjoyable. Finally we ordered the sweet rice the mango: my only complain is that the mango was fairly sour. Overall, giving this 4/5 since I've only tried it once. P.S. to the owners, I love the large portion, but I think you should upgrade your plates (my food was spilling over when I tried to mix it up XD).

Seriously amazing! It is kind of in a strip mall and has photos of the food on the outside of the building. The outside almost turned us away, but that definitely doesn’t reflect the taste of the amazing food. The inside was very clean (one of the cleanest I’ve seen). When we showed up we were the only ones there, and I don’t know why. Our server was very friendly. We ordered the crab Rangoon, the drunken noodles(spice level 7) and the drunken rice(spice level 7). I was surprised how perfect the crab Rangoon appeared on the plate, but when I tasted it was when I was completely blown away. I highly recommend these. The sauce that is served with them complements them perfectly. The drunken noodles were fantastic too. I would definitely order them instead of the drunken rice if I had to choose between the two. The drunken rice was good too but the other two were both of our favorites. The Thai tea was also good, but that’s the only Thai tea I’ve had so I don’t have much to compare it too (it was very sweet and tasty)! Also, generous portion size. Wish I lived closer and wasn’t just driving through, this would definitely be a regular spot for me. Some of the best food I’ve ever had!

This was a fantastic Yelp find! A quaint little restaurant with limited seating. The spring roll appetizer is HUGE- most places make 4 small ones, but Mercy made a spring burrito and cut it into 4 pieces. I got the green curry (my favorite style) and we shared appetizers. The spice scale goes from 1-10, and we were warned by a couple of regulars how spicy it was, but I got the 10 and did fine. I probably normally eat way more spicy food, and love Thai food especially, so I was not swayed by their palates. Even my caucasian friend who doesn't eat spicy food got a 7/10 and he was fine. My only gripe is the amount of meat you get is on the low side... the giant spring roll had maybe 3 shrimp total in it, and my curry did not have much chicken at all. But it still tasted great and it probably keeps the cost reasonable. (The fried tofu appetizer comes with 5 pieces but we were really hungry so some went missing before the pic)

I used to treat myself to Mercy Thai because the food is very yummy, it is the first Thai place I’ve tried and I loved it. However, I am not sure if he is the owner but I know he is for sure the manager. There is a male manager that works there that is very rude and has forever turned me off from giving my business to this establishment again.

His rudeness and condescending attitude towards me has soured my perspective and I am sad because I genuinely enjoyed mercy Thai before all the instances I’ve had with the manager. To start, I would come to mercy Thai and call in my orders until one day I showed up for my order and proceeded to get scolded by said manager about how it is extremely inconvenient for them to take over the phone orders. He was glaring at me and told me to place it online next time. I was taken aback but I had no problem with that, (especially since I have experience in food service and I too preferred online orders, I just never confronted a customer about it) and proceeded to place online orders from there on out. The next time I came in, I came to pick my order up and was greeted by a young lady who told me she would bring me out my order so she went in the back, and then out comes the male manager holding my food and rudely said “it’s nice to see you again” in a sarcastic tone. I don’t understand why he would want to be rude to recurring customers especially since it’s a small local business. The last time I went was last week, we were unable to place it online since the site was down so I called in the order. Then when I went to pick it up, the male manager made me uncomfortable by questioning me why I ordered something different this time which made me uncomfortable because I was suspicious how he had memorized my order, anyway I felt kind of bad for calling the order in since it “inconveniences” them but I didn’t think much of it. Until, however, I got home and opened my food, every.single.bite had egg shells in it. This has not happened before. I couldn’t even finish my food it was so crunchy and horrible, it was only egg shells. The food by the way is not cheap, it’s like $55 for 2 people. I felt this was a retaliatory move by the male manager since my business annoys him and we also placed the order on the phone which he told me not to do in the past. I will not be returning and I hope that others don’t have similar experiences as me. It you don’t want your food tampered with, place the...

I will no longer bring my business to this restaurant after this last experience. I ordered by phone I told the woman large chicken pad thai, no spice which means a 1. The key words would mean large and no spice, she hears it as chicken patte and told me chicken patte has no spice, I repeated and said no, I want a large chicken pad thai no spice, she says okay. I go pick up my order and go home only to realize they gave me chicken patte which I specifically said no. So I called and instead of the girl who took the order admitting she made a mistake and miss heard me 2 times like good customer service would she proceeds to argue with me saying no I ordered chicken patte to which I advised I did not I said I ordered a large pad Thai chicken with no spice. I said the key words even if you misheard my order was no spice a 1 and a large order. She then wants to argue more and tell me how I was wrong and hung-up on me. I call back and get the owner to which I tell him he just lost a good customer over rude and unprofessional customer service of any kind I explained her rude behavior, that she was incorrect and wrong and that she did not care. The owner seemed to honestly not care about her behavior one bit, though he said he would make it, at this point after this experience I do not want to go back. I will never go back, they lost more then just me as a customer a good customer they lost my family, my wife’s family and we will tell word of mouth to friends not to visit this restaurant again due to their rude and unprofessional behavior. Even a McDonalds would of...
