My daughter cracked my laptop screen and I searched on google for a reliable business to service my laptop. I called the owner and he walked me through what the process and timeline would be. I had quotes within a few minutes after sending him my model/serial number. I really appreciated that the owner turned around, after he had already closed and was headed home, to come and take in my laptop. He didn’t have to do that and I was extremely appreciative of that. When I arrived, he was kind and explained what my options were in person thoroughly and I didn’t feel like he was rushing me at all. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Extremely unprofessional. My boyfriend brought his ps5 and controllers in for a cleaning ($160, mind you) and they told him 1-3 days. Guy on the phone even said and I quote: “If you bring it in early we may have time to do it today”. It has now been 4 days, and they told us it will either tomorrow or the day after for him to pick his system up. As a business, when you give someone a timeframe you follow through. If not you offer a discount, but not these guys. No accountability on the phone and no solutions. Never go here.

Waited a few days to review to test out the screen

A new phone screen before 24 hours hit! Hector helped me understand what I was purchasing within my price range and was communicative above and beyond.

He graciously contacted the number I left him to notify when my phone was ready and as well my work to make sure I could pick it up!
