I was going to delete but it still shows I have an open loan with them after he stated it would be removed car is no longer in my possession ive disputed it off my account but I’m putting the review back up.
UPDATE:::: spoke to the owner of company very rude immediately canceled my contract because I was upset with what recently happened. Claiming I’ve threatened and talked foul to his employees stated he was no longer servicing my car because I’m out of warranty & he doesn’t think it’s a good fit for me after 3 yrs. We struggled to get a refund with previous employees for what we paid for to get fixed that clearly wasn’t fixed the owner proceeded to tell me on a RECORDED VIDEO I took while on the phone he would not put this on my credit and we would call it even and get our refund, he showed no sympathy at all he cut me off before I was finish telling my side of the story very very rude, so I took all my belongings out of the vehicle including plates I paid for and signed paperwork stating that I’m voluntarily giving it back and I will no longer owe anything on it. He called my mother and changed his words up and told her if I don’t take the review down and put the plates back on the car he would then put it on my record as a repo after I already signed paperwork is this even legalllll???????? I will be proceeding legally. He will not ruin my life or credit for 7 years and I have a child I’m only 23 and it’s because ima female they get over on females ALOT. It’s illegal to tell me I can’t leave a review about what was done to me I have him recorded on everything he said. Never once mentioned me deleting the review before I signed paperwork . There’s no way you can tell me after I signed paperwork I have to put PLATES I paid for back up on a car that’s no longer mines and to take a review down about how I was treated that I have a LEGAL right to leave. I’m so glad I have proof of this whole incident. I took videos and pictures of the car as well before they try and blame stuff on me that wasn’t there. I will not be taking this review down everybody needs to be aware. I’ll take it being put on my credit but it won’t be there for long with all the documents and proof I have. They be rude to you, cause you a million problems like the owner was so rude even hung up on me after he demanded me to put the plates back up and said have a good day and to think I’m supposed to be nice????? I’m not gone tolerate disrespect. Please do not spend your money here throughly check the reviews.
I had my car sent to service to get fixed and they returned a car to me that was still broken down check engine light came back on less than 2 days later didn’t even have my car for a full week the people at service are rude and nasty they don’t communicate, mend financial are rude also to they don’t care about you just you paying them. They have yet to put me in something else, don’t care if I have a reliable transportation or not. I’ve never had as many issues that I have had with a car until now.. This company is trash I would not recommend at all they don’t even fix these cars they sell on the lot. Miles down the road you have numerous amounts of issue's that’s required maintenance Patty don’t do her job, you’re doing the work that they are supposed to do like questions that should be answered before the repairs are even done they literally lied and told me my car was fixed and it’s breaking down with a check engine light on 2 days later????? They rushed the job and didn’t take their time which is so crazy to me. I just don’t understand the fact of a person coming back twice had you did your job right the first time. Jordan is GREAT AND AMAZING , however after our vehicle, a KIA 2015 Sorento stopped running while we were driving, it was found out that there was a recall on that engine. So, they towed it to St. Louis to Aamco, their service department, and instead of putting in a new engine they told my husband it was a rebuilt one. We just found this out last month after our car stopped working again. My husband replaced the starter, the cam shaft sensor, the battery, the ignition, and it still didn’t start. We called Mend Financial (who is so awful to work with) and they wouldn’t even speak to us, but instead kept transferring us to service. We wanted to talk about options to get out of that car but Mend wouldn’t even let us speak. So after talking to Patty at service she said to have them tow it to the shop. I rebutted because I didn’t want to spend any more money on the car. She convinced my husband to have it towed there but I told her not to fix anything because we had already dropped a lot of money into it and I couldn’t afford for a mechanic to fix it. We were still making car payments as well. It was all recorded on the phone. Well she called my husband and said it was the engine then called the next day and said it wasn’t, it was the starter. My husband told her he replaced it and she told him he didn’t. We have all the receipts. Then she told him the oil hadn’t been changed but we have the receipts showing it has been, then pretty much called him a liar. Then she told him they replaced the starter and gave him the cost of the repair and said we had to put money towards it or we wouldn’t get our car back so my husband did and they added the cost to our car payment. I called and spoke with Sean and was upset because she never even called to see if it was okay to replace it after I told her not to do anything. To top it off when I got my car back it was muddy on the inside and trash was in there with muddy foot prints. I called service and was told there was nothing they could do because they don’t have anyone that cleans cars here in Omaha. I told Sean I took pictures and he told me to email them to him which I did and that was 2 weeks ago, I haven’t heard anything back from them. Jordan even tried to get us in a different vehicle during all of the but they told her they wanted us to give them another $1000 to do that. Jordan is wasting her customer skills at a place that don’t care about their customers. Zach cleaned my windows when I picked my car up and threw the trash away they left in my car. My car was clean when they picked it up and the complete opposite when I got it back. Mend financial won’t talk to them unless you owe them money, and since we haven’t missed a payment they blow us off. I asked if they could help us figure out a payment during this process due to the unexpected money we had to spend and he laughed at me. I wouldn’t refer anyone here, and we are atuck until our car is paid off because we don’t want to hurt our credit, as we are rebuilding it. Read moreI don’t know where to start with them. They use to have a location here in Wichita,Kansas but was closed down due to low car sales and games they played with customers. Since having my 2013 Honda Oddssey I’ve ran into so many problems with the Alternator going bad. 1st time I had all lights on the dashboard coming on and saying service. When I took the car to Wichita Tire and Alignment he corrected most of the stuff that needed to be done and would say he would need me to bring the car back again cause all the parts didn’t come. 2nd time had to call him again cause this time the car wouldn’t accelerate and was jerking and cutting off in the middle of the street was informed by the owner of Wichita tire and alignment that it was the alternator that seem to be going dead. Prior to that I brought a new battery thinking it was the problem and when I took the battery in to get tested was told if it isn’t the battery it’s surely the alternator that probably needed to be changed. Well I finally got the vehicle towed to them paying $86.00 dollars to have it taken Wichita tire and alignment. Since it was a holiday weekend the car set till that Tuesday when work was preformed I was told that I would have to pay an $100 dectible which I didn’t have cause I just got the car towed to them. Called Mend the financial company and explained this too them and that this car had been in and out of service since I got it and I told them I don’t have money to pay them and pay to the mechanic as well. Well make a long story short they had the guy do the work and waive the $100. Now not even two months later here I go again with the same problem called mend and talk to them again about the situation and told them I’m not being responsible for something that’s not reliable and not working explained the same thing to the mend rep that this car was serviced and a new alternator was put on not even a month ago. And that the car is during the same thing with the jerking and slow acceleration. Haven’t heard anything from mend about the situation but still expect me to pay for something that is defective and their mechanic is deeming there is nothing wrong with it. Mend I’m tired of you guys attitude like you are doing something for people when you aren’t. And to jessi my account manager you need to be fired your attitude stinks and your half taking notes isn’t cool I would never forget how you talked to me on the phone that day and I’m glad it was over the phone cause if I was in your face it wouldn’t have been pleasant. Mend and drive fast USA and their relationship with others need to get on one accord with each other playing games with the customers that make your business run isn’t good for business.
