My son loves it and I actually find it really relaxing and clean and the best part and for it being almost in the middle of Kno where it has so much to do and so many activities for the kids and us parents as well so I'd recommend this place to everyone but just recommending it is super hot 🔥 already water water and water LoL but other than that just pick a nice shady spot let the little ones play and just relax and take life for what it's worth can't put a price on life if you see and feel the greatness and going here and just watching the kids play laugh and having fun and most importantly getting along with everyone helps me disconnect from the drama fueled world no media no body judging arguing just you and your family in a great place at the Hoover ridge...

The Carpenter pavilion is a nice spot with lots of tables, electricity, and a non-potable water source that I've used for filling a couple buckets for water play or handwashing. Fenced in baseball fields with stands, a pond, Frisbee golf, workout station, R/C track, volleyball, soccer fields, bandstand, and wooded hiking trails all make this a nice spot to gather in our community.
