UPDATE: 9/18/25 Our sandwich was made tonight by a lovely girl - KAYLEIGH - she did what she always does - a fabulous job! We so appreciate her expertise and she made us just what we wanted. We always enjoy our sandwiches from the Madison, Va., Plaza and it's so nice to be able to go there and know we will be receiving a delicious dinner! On July 30, we were particularly pleased to be served by a lovely young lady, SOPHIA. She did an excellent job preparing our sub and was also very sweet and personable. Her caring attitude and being good at what she does goes a long way to bringing us back repeatedly to this particular Subway. We have always been taken care of there by every person who has prepared our sandwiches, but we were particularly pleased with SOPHIA. I told to tell her boss that day she did a good job!! This place is horrible now I used to come here a lot. But I will never come here again after today . I purchased a 6 inch veggie patty and it was poorly made . Staff is getting really lazy with their sub making skills . The Sub which was falling apart when I unwrapped it because it was soaked in Mayo and the veggie patty was cold. I only had lettuce and spinach on their so it’s not like it was overload and that’s why it fell apart. I asked for a refund or to make a new sub and they offered to replace veggie patty only but to keep the soggie bread and veggies 🤦🏼‍♀️I said no that won’t fix the problem and the staff member called the manager about the problem and the manager refused to remake the whole sub again . Went in to ask what was the problem and get the food. Hostess was not helpful told us it had kicked our order out and it might drop our money back tomorrow. But we were coming to get dinner.
