Update : First of all, I respect your concerns and am very busy this week but will call when I am able at the number you listed.
No, I would never pay what you are charging. And it is $35 for an all day water park pass to Lake Arvesta which includes the water obstacle course, water slides, pickleball, playground areas, and beach access. The $65 option isn’t even being offered as it includes putt putt golf which is not currently open. The $55 day pass includes everything the $35 includes PLUS kayaking, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, and all rentals for those. You’re charging $75 just for an obstacle course and slides!!! Craziness! Would never pay that! I could go to Cedar Point for the day for that kind of pricing! And sadly there isn’t much competition out here so you can get away with it. But it’s highway robbery.
Criminal what they are charging. $75 a day in order to get the obstacle course and slides?! Screw that so hard. Lake Arvesta in South Haven offers obstacle course, water slides (even taller), pickle ball, beach access, and playground for $35 a day for the whole day! It is criminal what Water Warrior Island is charging and I will absolutely NEVER go unless they drop their price down about $40! Unreal! And because of lack of options in the area they can get away with...
Read moreThe inflatables are amazing and fun for all ages. You do have to be somewhat active to use them as they do require some strength both cardio and physical, but most people can handle it. I am not giving 5 stars due to the fact that I booked 4 tickets on Father's Day, all day both the inflatables and the water slides. When we arrived, we were told the water slides were closed for the day. Nowhere on the website did it tell us this. As you can imagine, my family and I were pretty disappointed. However, the owners made it right for us.
The husband-and-wife owner team comped us 4 all day passes for a future date and gave a thorough explanation of what happened causing this. Apparently, the website water slide feature was not turned off. They explained how the manufacture of the water slides went out of business, and they had been scrambling to make sure the slides were safe. Therefore, they erred on the side of caution and closed them down. Like I said, the owners made it right. Their customer service and apologies felt sincere, and they ensured our return. Overall, a great inflatable water park and hopefully, this was just a minor hiccup as we did enjoy ourselves on the beach and on the inflatables all day. I truly do hope the owners are able to reopen the water slides as they are...
Read moreI had such a great time here I could go on for hours!!! You get an hour to play on the inflatable water park which is actually a really long time considering you’re using all of your upper body strength to climb these structures. You can also pay for more time if an hour isn’t enough for you. You’re provided with a life jacket which you have to keep on, and there are life guards stationed on all structures which made our group feel safe. The beach is bigger than I expected, and even though it was packed there was still enough space on the beach, and lawn to distance yourself. Make sure you bring your own food and drinks because the snack booth is pricey, and the portions are small. They also don’t have condiments. If you don’t want to go on the inflatable structures they also have kayaking, and paddle boarding which was inexpensive. I can’t wait...
