This park is one of the nicest around Orlando and conway, area. Downside ( has no playground) It has multiple small locations to exercise placed around the park, from pull ups to sit ups, to stretching and even a small bike station to fix your bike in case of a flat tired (pretty cool if I say so myself). You can either walk, run, bike, walk your dog, fish, there is also a boat and sky ramp, so yeah, so many things to have fun and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. Many will ask, any gators in the lake? The answer is yes! So just be careful.

That little 5 ft gator has been in the Lake Underhill lakes for years. Normally, it hangs out on the other side of the bridge. I believe that is the last and only gator left in that whole area. It’s dad was the bull gator that was killed by the private airplane collision a few years back, aka last viable male. It’s momma was taken out as well. She would hang out near the bridge on the west end.

So enjoy the last...

Since I live close to it, I always go over there often. There's other parks around but this one of my top ten of my favorite parks, plus it's a beaut. You can bike, skate, dog-walk here. It seems I'm not the only fan here because it can get very crowed around late afternoon and the parking is hard to find. If you want less people around, best time to go is on weekdays during early morning or at the hottest time which I don't really recommend since it can get really hot here. Granted there's lot trees to give you shade but on the runner/bike path, there's not much cover to provide you protection from the sun. On the weekends, most people come out here to linger, sit under the shade, exercise, ride a boat or jet ski on the lake and it can get bit rowdy when they bring kids...

Great place to fish. Lots of large mouth bass have been caught here. As well as some big ol monster size bass. I have caught some catfish, especially at night. I'm sure there are other fish species here, but I haven't caught anything else. Must have a fishing license. And they have a bulletin board that tells you what you can keep and not keep. Always follow regulations as well. For live bait, theres a Ace Hardware close by in shopping center on conway and curryford road. Walmart sells fishing licenses. If you get fresh water fishing license, they will give you shoreline salt water fishing license as well for free. Definitely worth it as Florida has so many lakes for freshwater and places for salt...

Gorgeous park with a wide path that is for walking, biking, and other activities. Features bike maintenance area towards the beginning of park. As well as physical fitness station around the main path. Lake includes a ramp for boats or jet ski access. Pathway goes around the entire lake and boasts a beautiful view from anywhere around the park. Lovely place to go for a family walk or exercise the doggies. Many people use the physical fitness stations daily. Main walkway is right next to the main road so caution is advised for any off lead doggies or small children. Highly recommend checking it out. Water stations for humans and canines on main path as well.
