Tutu's Once in a Blue Moon is a breath of fresh air, boutique artistry and ephemera. It was enchanting, they have art classes for kids, a chocolate hug just for stopping in. I bought a whimsical summer dragonfly on slate to carry me through the winter. Happy.

What can I say about Miss Tutu? She is a beautiful, talented soul and has beautiful unique works of art in her shop. She is also a wonderful teacher and helps you to learn how to express your artistic side!! Definitely recommend checking out her shop!!!

Tutu's is truly a beautiful experience. So many breath taking works of art by several different local artists. The outside of the building is so deceiving of what's on the inside! I can't wait to join in on one of Tutu's at classes! She is such a breath...
